To my pleasant surprise this place charged me just a small amount more, came to my house and had both my Lab and Pompoo groomed in an hour and a half. My Pompoo was in dire need of a grooming so she took a little longer than it would normally for them. They did an amazing job all for what I was paying to wait 4 hours. I will not be using any other groomer! They showed up with their RV and went over what we wanted done and did just that. Very sweet people an treated the dogs special! The personal service was amazing an my babies loved it! No more sharing their time with other dogs!

The other young girl that seemed to training the new girl was blatantly, rude and irritated when I asked if I could get a refill on a different product that was completely out in the bathing room. Made a big obvious sigh w a very annoying look and said yeah I'll get it but I'm not putting these in the rooms anymore. It was a spray that you use at the end for your pups to smell extra good. The room had run out of shampoo when we had gotten in. Once we realized it wasn't dispensing a young man quickly and kindly fixed the situation. Delilah has groomed both my dogs and done a great job. They're big dogs and have lots of hair! The most telling thing is both my dogs like going there. This place made ZERO ATTEMPT TO MAINTAIN THE BREED HAIR CUT. Below are two pictures, one of our Miniature Schnauzer with a hack job of a haircut, and the other of a proper Schnauzer cut. Sebastian claims they "do not deal with matting". The matting on this dog was minimal and often is brushed out, or trimmed, other groomers have zero issues. We discussed the mats as we usually do, so that we can be made aware of any deviation to the style. The owner claims to have called to receive authorization, because they "always receive authorization before doing anything other than discussed". There are no missed calls recorded of such authorization to shave her, just a recording to pick the her up.

She is very unfriendly and clearly hates her job. She wouldn't say hello or even look up from her desk, every time I walked in she acted the same. She seemed annoyed that I even walked in the door. My puppy cried when she went to pick him up to bring him to the back each time for his appt and he typically loves everyone. The grooming itself was very crooked and they shaved him almost bald each time. My puppy is always very skittish when he gets home from this place. He seems very scared and jumpy. I do not know what they do with him but he clearly is very terrified. I do not recommend at all!

When I was there talking to them, the sign was right behind her. She now states that it is 20.00 off if you accept two packages. That information was not on the $20.00 off sign. I canceled my appointment and left. I dislike people trying to take advantage of me.
