Clearly they were not ignored but had spent quality time with people who cared for them. The last time I picked up one of my dogs from an overnight stay Edward had already washed and dried his bedding! That's the kind of service that keeps us coming back every week. The new owners that took over last year, (Josh and Daniel & their family) have made a lot of small changes that add up and make a big difference in the overall experience, one of those being something as small as providing toys for the dogs to play with and providing them with a kiddie pool to play in the water on hot days, which my big doggo LOVES! He comes home and sleeps for two days after each visit from all the playing he gets to do . It's more of a puppy playground now and less like just a concrete kennel. We can't wait to see what else they do next with it. Keep up the awesome work!
