Dr Boer responded promptly by email and advised that his care had primarily consisted of administering vaccinations to the cat. When I tried to address some of these issues directly through private message with one of the techs I was accused of trying to start a "pissing match" and complaining and causing "problems instead of discussing things like an adult." Since my visit a number of other people have shared their stories of the clinic and we feel lucky to have gotten out of there with just a limp.

I brought over 3 dogs for reproductive services from out of town and have been charged for services she never performed, was kept in the dark regarding my dogs care (even post operative), was not informed of test results I needed to consult with another vet, phone calls were ignored or not returned, and I was flat out lied to when I tried to verify that a $1200 cryo tank that had shipped in from a vet in Colorado had been returned. In the 8 days my dogs were under her care I was allowed to chat with her twice. Appalling client service and one of my females developed serious complications from a rather easy to perform surgical insemination procedure. I have never given a vet a bad review before...until now.
