Dr Boer responded promptly by email and advised that his care had primarily consisted of administering vaccinations to the cat. He then offered to fax her records to her new veterinarian here in Maryland! Dr Boer was very courteous and cooperative throughout our dealings. When I provided him the fax number, he promptly forwarded all his medical records to my vet here and emailed me back. A very pleasant person, indeed!

I waited 2 weeks for an appointment and drove a hour to get a refill of meds for my 13 year old dog's itchy skin, which he has had for a few years now. Roscoe was DENIED treatment because he can not have the rabies vaccine because he had SEVERE REACTIONS when he had this vaccine at 5 years old so we have never given it to him again. We fear he could have the same reactions and die from the vaccine, especially because he is 13 years old. They sent us away without any treatment but they did MAKE ME PAY $55.00 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I should not of had to pay this. The other thing that ticks me off is Dr Boler offered to prescribe me Gabepenin and Trazadone so I have it so I can give it to Roscoe to calm his nerves for next time he comes in because he is a scared dog. This is funny because she can prescribe me these meds without the rabies vaccine but can't prescribe me the meds that he has already been on?!!! We absolutely will not be returning. I feel that they owe me my $55.00 back and treatment (I am going elsewhere and will never bring my animals back)

When I tried to address some of these issues directly through private message with one of the techs I was accused of trying to start a "pissing match" and complaining and causing "problems instead of discussing things like an adult." Since my visit a number of other people have shared their stories of the clinic and we feel lucky to have gotten out of there with just a limp.

Dr Shura Bugreeff is disorganized, absent minded, and has disgraceful communication skills. I brought over 3 dogs for reproductive services from out of town and have been charged for services she never performed, was kept in the dark regarding my dogs care (even post operative), was not informed of test results I needed to consult with another vet, phone calls were ignored or not returned, and I was flat out lied to when I tried to verify that a $1200 cryo tank that had shipped in from a vet in Colorado had been returned. In the 8 days my dogs were under her care I was allowed to chat with her twice. Appalling client service and one of my females developed serious complications from a rather easy to perform surgical insemination procedure. I have never given a vet a bad review before...until now.
