Other doggy daycare providers charge extra $$ for things like playing fetch with your dog one on one . You won't have to worry about that here! The last time I picked up one of my dogs from an overnight stay Edward had already washed and dried his bedding! That's the kind of service that keeps us coming back every week. The new owners that took over last year, (Josh and Daniel & their family) have made a lot of small changes that add up and make a big difference in the overall experience, one of those being something as small as providing toys for the dogs to play with and providing them with a kiddie pool to play in the water on hot days, which my big doggo LOVES! He comes home and sleeps for two days after each visit from all the playing he gets to do . It's more of a puppy playground now and less like just a concrete kennel. We can't wait to see what else they do next with it. Keep up the awesome work!

If she is willing to pressure customers she probably also pressures her employees to come in when they are sick. Read paws and pamer's reviews and Elizabeth's responses before you bring your pet to her. Repetedly she states that she has the right to charge your credit card for whatever amount she deems fit, no matter what she quoted you. She has made it impossible to cancel & will attempt to deny proof if it is presented. If that is not enough she has also hurts the animals in her care. Cutting nails until they bleed & leaving razor burns on their skin. She is a RUDE HOTHEADED SWINDLER! Elizabeth at Paws and Pamper tried to steal $65 from me (my credit card company gave me my money back because I had proof of cancelation). I called to reschedule she said she would call me back but never did, I waited over a week. I called again and canceled via phone message and email, 4 days prior to the appointment. She claimed I didn't cancel and charged me anyway. She called me names and threatened me. She tried to shame me. She will take advantage of you and treat you poorly.....AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! She threatened to sue me because of my negative reviews. She also had her employee review her positively to give her company more stars (false advertising)

When I asked who it was, she replied "I saw your message asking who I am?...it's a bit confusing to me when someone wants to come see me as a client but then doesn't know who I am.
