Other doggy daycare providers charge extra $$ for things like playing fetch with your dog one on one . You won't have to worry about that here! The last time I picked up one of my dogs from an overnight stay Edward had already washed and dried his bedding! That's the kind of service that keeps us coming back every week. The new owners that took over last year, (Josh and Daniel & their family) have made a lot of small changes that add up and make a big difference in the overall experience, one of those being something as small as providing toys for the dogs to play with and providing them with a kiddie pool to play in the water on hot days, which my big doggo LOVES! He comes home and sleeps for two days after each visit from all the playing he gets to do . It's more of a puppy playground now and less like just a concrete kennel. We can't wait to see what else they do next with it. Keep up the awesome work!

They are older, reliable, honest, responsible, and treat my dog (10y/o) as if she was theirs. They follow ALL my instructions & notes, and my dog comes home exhausted and happy - which is what I hope/pay for. My dog (F) can be fussy about meeting new dogs, and I have shared all my dog's likes-and-dislikes with them. They have made perfect choices regarding what dog they introduce to my dog, and I have been SHOCKED when they tell me who she played with. They work ridiculously hard and always keep me posted if they need more food, or if they have noticed an issue. Sometimes my dog is there for 3 weeks - and never feels abandoned.

I recently took my golden retriever to Showcase for the self-grooming option. I had previously used the service at Go Fetch and was less than enthused (watered-down shampoo and conditioner, really thin towel, and the dog didn't smell any better when we left). At Showcase, they helped me get the dog into the sink, provided me with a super thick towel, offered high-quality shampoo and conditioner, and provided a terrycloth band to put around my dog's ears when using the dryer -- as I made a brief mention in the lobby that she didn't like loud noises. Two weeks later, and her coat is still beautiful and she still smells good. While there, I also noticed something else worth mentioning. Unlike PetSmart where the groomers operate like a factory line, I was really glad to see that the personnel at Showcase take an actual interest in the dogs they were tending to. They were doting and sensitive to the needs of each dog. When it's time to shave my pup for the summer, I'll definitely be taking her to Showcase.

She is definitely an advocate for the dog, in this case a young, timid, inexperienced dog, and she said she would do as much as my dog could handle without making the experience too much for her. She has strict policies about cancelations and such but you try to run a small business without those protections and see why that is necessary.

She has made it impossible to cancel & will attempt to deny proof if it is presented. If that is not enough she has also hurts the animals in her care. Cutting nails until they bleed & leaving razor burns on their skin. She is a RUDE HOTHEADED SWINDLER! Elizabeth at Paws and Pamper tried to steal $65 from me (my credit card company gave me my money back because I had proof of cancelation). I called to reschedule she said she would call me back but never did, I waited over a week. I called again and canceled via phone message and email, 4 days prior to the appointment. She claimed I didn't cancel and charged me anyway. She called me names and threatened me. She tried to shame me. She will take advantage of you and treat you poorly.....AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! She threatened to sue me because of my negative reviews. She also had her employee review her positively to give her company more stars (false advertising)
