My spouse is a veteran service member, and the tone and abruptness of the message were very triggering for him. We believe communication, respect, and understanding are essential when working with clients and their pets. Being dismissed in this way felt abrupt, impersonal, and lacking empathy. We hope this business reflects on how they communicate with clients and works toward handling concerns in a more respectful and understanding way.
