I usually take my dog Coco to another groomer but they were having technical issues. Needless to say Coco needed a bath. I called around Saturday afternoon but I knew it was along shot. Turns out Jessy the owner answered and said her 4:30 may cancel or she could take Coco at 6. I was so glad. I registered with her app intending to wait till 6PM. Her app asks about any conditions the dog may have or if you wanted anything special done. I chose normal bath and tooth brush. Turns out I didn't have to wait as I was alerted via email that she could take Coco by 4:30. Score!!! Jessy texted me to let me know she was coming and when she was at my door. I opened the door and Coco ran to meet her. My dog was immediately comfortable with Jessy and her helper. 1 hour later Coco came back clean and happy. My dog has allergies so she can get yeasty and her breathe is bad. Not anymore. Breathe clean and smelled powdery clean. When I get her back from her regular groomer she doesn't smell this good, or look this clean. Major positives with Pawfection: - Mobile convenience - App great for appointments - Jessy is very communicative via text. - She takes pride in cleaning her dogs. - Jessy will send reminders on the next appointment. Pawfection is a little bit more than my regular groomer but I'm getting much better service and value. Highly recommend. PS. Coco got a dress so she looked like a house wife from the 60's LOL. read more

I heard about this independent business owner, and wanted to give them a chance. I have two 11 month old Chow Chow puppies. I have enclosed pictures of them after their treatment. The groomer was very patient with them, as Chow's are not good with strangers, at first. But, everything worked out great! The inside of the van was very organized and clean, the groomers were very professional. The price was $120 per pup ( approximately. 45lbs each). That included teeth cleaning, flea bath, total brush out of undercoat, wash and dry, and trim if needed. I will be using them again, and I have already recommended them to a couple of friends. Check them out, I dont think you will be disappointed! read more

I cannot say enough good things about the kindness, patience, and professionalism of this team. Our dog, Stuart, was not always the easiest fellow to groom. He had some behavioral challenges that required patience and understanding, and they consistently treated him with kindness and worked with us when others might understandably have decided he was simply too difficult. Sadly, we had to put Stuart down just before his next scheduled grooming appointment. I had to cancel at the last minute and fully expected to pay the cancellation fee. When I explained what had happened, they could not have been more gracious and compassionate and would not charge me. That small kindness meant more than they probably realized during a very difficult week. Beyond being good at what they do, this is simply a business run by good people. They treated Stuart with patience and dignity while he was here, and they treated us with tremendous kindness when he was gone. I am deeply grateful for both and would recommend them without hesitation. read more

Jesenia and Sue did an amazing job! My pug, Frank, adores them, and he was super calm and happy after his grooming appointment. They came 10 minutes before the appointment time, and parked outside of my home. Their grooming van is extremely clean and neat. They were super sweet and gentle with Frank and they really take their time on each client. They sent me a picture of Frank after the service was done, showed me how to brush his teeth, and even gave me a toothbrush for him. They will be Frank's groomers from now on! Highly recommend them! read more

I wish I could give more than five stars because they are miracle workers. I have an older bichon who was quite matted and I gave them permission to shave her to start over on the grooming process that needs to be done. Her tail was the worst, and I fully expected a bald tail. They were able to save most of the fur on the tail and I am absolutely amazed. She is soft and fluffy and she knows she looks good. I have booked again with them. Don't hesitate to book with them! read more

We adopted our lovely Samira almost a year ago, and she did fine until warmer weather recently. Suddenly she sprouted a ton of mats in her long fur! I did the best I could, but I simply couldn't keep up. Finally in desperation, I decided, for the first time in my life, it was time to seek professional grooming - before the mats could start harming her skin! I am so glad we found Pawfection - they came right to my house and groomed Samira in their van. I worried the whole time that the new experience might stress her out, but Samira handled being groomed like the champ she is! When they brought her back to me, she not only looked amazing, she smelled delightful and was sporting a lovely bow tie! Even more important, she was purrrfectly happy and not stressed at all! Jessy recommended having her groomed every two or 3 months or so, and I'm looking forward to next time. Together, we'll keep this 'knotty' problem from re-occurring! The price was quite reasonable, too! I highly recommend Jessy and Pawfection Mobile Spa! Thanks, Jessy! read more

I seriously needed a groomer for my 4lb fur baby (doggie). Both me and my husband tried to save money grooming her ourselves and it did not work out and now we had to have professionals take care of her. I messaged all available groomers around 7am and Pawfection got back to me within 15 minutes the same day. They were all booked for Saturday, 02/21 but I joined their waitlist that day and they got back to me saying they could come that same day. I live in American Canyon and they were coming from Dixon. When they came they were nice and sweet and definitely took care of my baby! She made her feel like a princess all over again. They gave her a little dress and bow. I will definitely use them again and both me and my husband have learned our lesson to leave the grooming to professionals. read more

We're so happy with the results for our two cats! The price and services included are excellent. The best part is their mobile van, super convenient and comfortable experience for our furry friends. The two women that performed the service for our cats were so friendly and professional, it was a pleasure to work with them. Our cats got a flea bath & dry, ear cleaning, nail trimming, for $75.00 each (Prices vary by size and service) Finding groomers that attend cats is already rare, this was a real gem! This was our family's first experience with grooming services and we'll be scheduling with Pawfection Mobile Spa for further services in the future. read more
