I'm extremely impressed and so happy with the service! I've had my scissors and blades for over 10 years, and I've tried several different sharpening services over the years. Unfortunately, I always had issues afterward, so it was really frustrating and difficult. I was lucky enough to find Nathan and decided to give him a try. He did an amazing job--everything came back looking and working like brand new, with absolutely no issues. While my tools were being sharpened, he even lent me a pair of scissors and a blade for free so I could continue working. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work and service. I'm truly amazed by your skill and customer service. I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much! read more

For anyone who grooms their dogs at home, and needs their clippers fixed or sharpened, this place was great. While pet stores recommended me to just buy a new 10 blade, Empire Edgeworks was able to repair a broken piece on my clipper, sharpen my blades (brought in regular and ceramic ) and ensured it was in great working condition for a price less than a new 10 blade. Very pleasant, professional and informative. They could also sharpen my scissors and I know where to go now when my flying pig dryer needs service. Will be coming back here for all my pet grooming equipment! read more

Perfection!! Prices are by far best and the quality exceeds expectations, have used other companies in past and blades come back "fixed" only to not perform on first try, Empire Edge never disappoints, everything seems to work longer and better and I am ruff on my equipment being dog groomer I need my blades to cut through some unimaginable coats, Never had to call to get anything re sharpened by them plus the prices are more than fair if not lower than competitors! Call them don't waste your time and money super fast reliable stress free, they pick up my equipment which is super convenient and next day or two they drop it off. read more

I have had work done by this company before and it was great but recently had blades and sheers sharpened here and it was the worse I have had done. My blades still drag and catch the hair and my sheers are folding the hair. I will never use this company again read more

I can't say enough good things about their service!! They sharpened my old set of knives and scissors and I am beyond pleased. I was getting ready to ditch them, but Nathan gave them another life. A good quality set of knives it's very expensive. The scissor guys are who you want to call if you don't want to leave the house, because they will come to you and do the work on site. Very meticulous job!! he showed me that he could cut toilet paper with a well sharpened pair of scissors! I highly recommend these guys I will be calling them again!!!! read more

Great customer service! We had a mix up and the owner dropped everything to come sharpen our surgical instruments. I know how hard it is to be a parent of 2 so we really appreciated his work. They are the best at sharpening surgical instruments. read more

What more can you ask for? I knew that Nathan is a true artist of his craft as soon as I took the first snip with my newly sharpened shears. He also sharpened my thinners, chunkers, and blades. I also repaired my clippers with Nathan and have had no problems so far. The best part is that he's mobile and he'll come to you. I highly recommend Nathan!!! read more

This is a mobile service. I was pleasantly surprised when the young man arrived, at the appointed time, neatly attired and polite, at my door. He came with his tools on a van. He sharpened scissors as well as some knives, including serrated and ceramic. It was the first chance I had to sharpen those particular knives and they all turned out great! I am very satisfied with this company and would recommend it highly. The price was very reasonable. read more
