    Absolutely the BEST of the BEST! On time, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, honest, professional, quick, very reasonably priced and a genuine person. He was very prepared while entering my home with a fresh pair of gloves and booties. My LG washer was displaying an error message that only a technician can resolve. I spoke with him on the phone and gave him details of my washer problem, scheduled him online, and he came in, diagnosed it correctly, had my part already ordered (gave him my washer model number before hand and came prepared.) So grateful I came across John Grommersh. Call him for all appliance repairs. Will definitely recommend John to everyone. Give him a call first. You will be relieved you did! Thank you again John!

    Grommesh Appliance is a excellent choice if you needing a appliance repaired. Living Rural makes it tough sometimes trying to find an appliance repair contractor. Lives and works in Shingletown, CA and also does repair services through out Shasta County. Prices are very reasonable. Able to locate the problem and tries to figure out either a temporarily solution if parts need to be ordered or a permanent solution. Doesn't up sell and explains in terms so you're able to understand what the problem and solution is. We will definitely call again if we need another appliance repaired. Also works on weekends.

    AWESOME service - Grommesh Appliance replied to my Yelp request to figure out why my dryer wasn't tumbling/heating, and Jonathan was here 2 days later to determine it was the belt, which needed to be ordered/replaced. While he was here, he cleaned out the lint that was not captured by our lint screen - both in the lint area AND in the main dryer mechanism. (see before and after photos!) There was a mix-up with the day/time of the dryer belt installation, which is the only reason why it's not "as good as it gets" - but otherwise it truly was a great experience and I highly recommend Jonathan and Grommesh Appliance.

    Ray has many tools in his toolkit to give the best upgrade to any job. I've asked Ray to do a water…read moreline on a fridge, set up the washer and dryer for our new home, replaced the outdoor faucet (that the previous owner welded on), and replaced the mailbox with a cemented post. All done great. ALSO - when he hauled cabinets out of our front yard, and we were out of town, he noticed our garage door was partly opened. He called me when we were on the East coast and fixed the door with a five-gallon paint can so it wouldn't keep popping open. (We replaced the garage door this week.) Thanks, Ray, for keeping an eye out on your neighbors.)

    Let's just say that Ray cares about his customers as much as he does the job he gets done…read more Sometimes people over-promise and under-deliver (which is just the worst). And businesses often under-promise and over-deliver (which is rare, and oftentimes a selling point). Well, Ray over-promised and over-delivered (is that even possible?) Our water heater was in its last days and I could tell it was going downhill fast. It was a Thursday evening and I was losing hope that I'd get someone before the weekend hit. Well, Ray to the rescue. He responded via Yelp Thursday night letting me know to give him a call first thing Friday. Well, I did. And Ray walked me through step by step what it's going to look like and that he can come in Friday afternoon to get the water heater replaced. He answered all my questions BEFORE the job, made sure I knew everything I was going to purchase BEFORE he purchased it all. I was in the know and he did not try to sell me anything else I didn't need -- which I always appreciate. In fact, he went the extra mile to offer me different pricings and options for the water heater and its parts so I can pick for myself. He gave his two cents about the parts and the water heater AFTER I asked him about the difference, and not just rambling about his opinions trying to sell us the most expensive ones. Then, he came as promised right around noon and went right to fixing our mess. Got it done in a matter of few hours making it look awesome. Oh, but Ray isn't done after the installation and fix. He made sure to go over every little thing he did so that I wasn't left confused about anything. And he documented it all so I have it for my records. Then, he leaves saying I can let him know if I notice any further problems with it so he can make sure to tidy it up, not that I think I'll need it because he already did an awesome job for us. The job cost us right around what we thought it would cost us and that's always a good thing. A nice cherry on top is that Ray is very personable and is pleasant to talk with and is a people person. Might I add that he had a great attitude--not the kind of attitude that appears he's in it for the money. Nope. That's always the type of person we enjoy doing business with. Thanks, Ray! We will be contacting you if we need any other jobs fixed or looked at!
