I reached out to this company after Allstate recommended that I contact them to obtain a more…read moreaffordable estimate. The owner later contacted me by phone and stated that he was on his way to my property to complete the estimate. At that time, I informed him that I no longer needed the estimate because another company had already removed the tree that had fallen during the recent storms. Within minutes of that conversation, I began receiving multiple text messages from the owner in which he called me rude and continued contacting me in a manner that I felt was inappropriate and harassing. The following day, I spoke with Samantha, the owner's wife. She stated that I should have notified the company sooner that their services were no longer needed. I explained that I was not home when the tree removal was completed and also expressed my concern about the repeated messages I had received from one of their workers. Samantha then informed me that the individual sending the messages was her husband, the owner. Unfortunately, the conversation became increasingly unprofessional. Afterward, I received another text message stating that they were contacting the police regarding the situation, followed by additional messages a few minutes later. I chose not to respond to any of these messages. I understand that scheduling changes can be frustrating for a business; however, I believe the repeated messages, threats to involve law enforcement, and overall manner in which this situation was handled were unnecessary and unprofessional.

I've worked with Groundskeeper General on my home's landscape and lawn care and the experience has…read morebeen consistently excellent. From the first estimate to ongoing service, the owner demonstrates outstanding communication, thoughtful planning, and reliable follow-through. They return calls and emails promptly, provide clear, itemized proposals and timelines, and stick to what they promise, which in the landscaping business is worth its weight in gold. The owner plans every job with a clear scope, communicates what will happen and when, and follows up afterward to make sure we were satisfied. On multiple occasions they proactively suggested small changes that made a noticeable difference and did not add unnecessary cost. The company is punctual, respectful of the property, and leaves the site cleaner than they found it. If you want a residential landscape team that combines skilled, hands-on maintenance with excellent customer service and thoughtful long-term planning, I wholeheartedly recommend Groundskeeper General. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented!

They left one lane open while cutting on a residential street, which of course I understand, but to curse and call me profanities just because they needed to direct traffic because no one could go through (A car was coming at the same time as me through the one lane they provided.) And to tell me to " F *** off to your home b****" that is in the area at 9 in the morning is just diabolically unprofessional. If it weren't for the lady who answered from their office and was so polite to me about the situation, I would say I would never recommend this company to others in the area, but I know I will never request services from this company simply because of the fear of my neighbors being called out of their names for trying to get to and fro their homes.

Adam, the owner, responded almost immediately letting me know that he was booked through July. I loved the fact that a) he responded at all vs just ignoring the request, b) was upfront and honest about his timeline vs just taking the job and overextending himself. Once I told him that we were in no rush, and would be happy to wait, he proceeded to text back and forth with me helping me get an idea as to what the job might cost. He made recommendations about plants, etc....and all this without officially having secured my business. Towards the end of July, I reached back out to see what his timeline looked like. Again, he responded almost immediately. He apologized for not getting back to me sooner, and said he would come out to measure the area, and discuss the job in more detail. In my mind, he had absolutely nothing to apologizing for. He set a date to come out, came out exactly at the time he promised, and helped us figure out what would look good. He provided a written, detailed estimate, which he adhered to...we paid exactly what he quoted. On the day of the job, he showed up as promised and on time. He laid out all of the plants, and allowed us to move them around several times until we got everything exactly the way we wanted it. His team worked quickly and neatly. The end results are amazing! I literally couldn't be any happier with this company. If I could give more than five stars, I would
