We agreed and he wrote it down as part of our quote. After being told 3 different times that he would come on a certain day or sometime that week, still we had no one come. The one time he offered to come we said we were out of town, but that they could do it anyways and he responded, "we can do when you're back. We're normally extremely busy but will find an early day open." They had no problem taking out the "paid" part of the job almost immediately, but now after 2 months of waiting for the trees to be removed, Jeremy, the owner, told us to "go buy a shovel I'm not interested in doing it." Therefore, not completing the job that was agreed upon and in writing. Jeremy is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. We were willing to pay for this from the start, which is why we contacted him in the first place. All we wanted was for the trees to be taken out and now Jeremy is sending us text messages saying "I just want to say thanks for the nice review. Do you think I'm a deceptive sales person to get your measly $600 you don't know this but I'm worth about 10 million I was going to help you dig those trees up or cut them off at the base it didn't matter to me this was to help you out for the free service. You're one review won't affect my 400 good ones take care, pal." Super professional from the owner, huh? 0/10 recommend. Go with a more reliable company.

Jose is very professional but a man of few words, so you need to listen carefully to what he says. They also cleaned up the yard excellently. Jose also injected 2 Cleveland pear trees in my back yard that were sick. Several weeks later, they already look a bit better to me. He mentioned a crab apple tree in my front yard that seems to have a fungus problem. Suggesting to check back later in the summer or fall, as it may need an injection of medicine like my Pear trees did. Recommend him and their service. I have used arborists before. Months went by and nothing. We tried calling them multiple times. We were told by his daughter he would finally be over on a particular Saturday. Saturday comes and goes. We've had to go with other companies and all of them say Future Tree Services did such a poor job trimming the tree that the price he took from us was exorbitant. We still have never heard back from them on completing the job so we will have to go elsewhere to someone more experienced, more honest, and more dependable. I could not warn people enough to NEVER deal with Future Tree Service. They basically took $1,000 from a senior citizen for faulty work. RUN AWAY FROM THEM.

We informed Martin, and his daughter Irma (who answers the phone) that we did NOT want Noe (his nephew) back on our property and wanted money back. We received all but $600 back, to which his daughter told my husband and I to "take it up with Noe". We have records of all communications & will be pursuing this further. The job was delayed, communication was poor throughout, and my property was damaged. The crew also left the work in an unacceptable condition as a completed job before I had to request them to correct the horrible planting (see photo). What professional company would leave a job like this? What's most frustrating is that I simply requested a $250 refund (about 20% of the total cost) to cover the damage. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was put through an unnecessarily difficult process. I ultimately paid the full invoice just to move on. This company used to provide reliable, high-quality service, which is why I stayed with them for so long. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.
