Jose is very professional but a man of few words, so you need to listen carefully to what he says. They also cleaned up the yard excellently. Jose also injected 2 Cleveland pear trees in my back yard that were sick. Several weeks later, they already look a bit better to me. He mentioned a crab apple tree in my front yard that seems to have a fungus problem. Suggesting to check back later in the summer or fall, as it may need an injection of medicine like my Pear trees did. Recommend him and their service. I have used arborists before. They are well worth their price. Jose was priced very moderately.

Months went by and nothing. We tried calling them multiple times. We were told by his daughter he would finally be over on a particular Saturday. Saturday comes and goes. We've had to go with other companies and all of them say Future Tree Services did such a poor job trimming the tree that the price he took from us was exorbitant. We still have never heard back from them on completing the job so we will have to go elsewhere to someone more experienced, more honest, and more dependable. I could not warn people enough to NEVER deal with Future Tree Service. They basically took $1,000 from a senior citizen for faulty work. RUN AWAY FROM THEM.

Martin (owner) advised us that he had a "nephew" who was a GC and would give us a GREAT PRICE! Based on Martin's recommendation, we agreed to have his "nephew" start work on our small bath remodel. Low and behold, all money was transacted between Martin and my husband, only to discover that his "nephew" is an unreliable, inexperienced "general contractor" who worked a total of 6 hours while spending the remaining time on his cell phone discussing his legal issues. We informed Martin, and his daughter Irma (who answers the phone) that we did NOT want Noe (his nephew) back on our property and wanted money back. We received all but $600 back, to which his daughter told my husband and I to "take it up with Noe". We have records of all communications & will be pursuing this further. Please beware of any and all monetary transactions with this company!

After nearly 10 years as a customer, this is not a review I expected to write…read more Over the past year, the quality of this company has clearly declined, and my most recent experience confirmed it. The job was delayed, communication was poor throughout, and my property was damaged. The crew also left the work in an unacceptable condition as a completed job before I had to request them to correct the horrible planting (see photo). What professional company would leave a job like this? What's most frustrating is that I simply requested a $250 refund (about 20% of the total cost) to cover the damage. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was put through an unnecessarily difficult process. I ultimately paid the full invoice just to move on. This company used to provide reliable, high-quality service, which is why I stayed with them for so long. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I'm willing to pay for quality--but based on this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same.
