I was able to find everything I needed in one trip, which made preparing for the celebration quick and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their positive attitude despite how busy the store was. My only suggestions would be to improve the organization of some aisles and have more associates available at the registers. The checkout lines can get very long, especially during busy times. Even with the longer wait, Dollar Tree is still a great place to grab party supplies, greeting cards, seasonal items, and those last-minute essentials. They have the worst customer service! I can only identify this person as "braces", because they wear no name tags. I didn't get any type of pleasantries and when I asked if my savings came off the total I got an " mmm hmm". I mean a complete attitude from beginning to end. I told her she has an attitude and she lost her mind! Screaming " I don't have an attitude" and " you doing too much". I said maybe you need to stock the shelves because you have no customer service and clearly don't like to be asked questions. I hate to say it, but in this area, this is the customer service you can expect.... sad . I highly doubt they care about their reviews but I had to get this off my chest.

The lines can get a bit long, especially when you have only two lines open that are snaking to the rear of the store most times, but this evening, to my surprise, l was third in line and a pleasant young lady opened up her register to wait on me. Maybe times are changing for Forman Mills...or maybe not, l just happened to be lucky this time. The store is sectioned off into areas for men, big men, boys, girls, infants, women, juniors, shoes and they even have a limited household item section with items such as curtains, rugs, luggage, bedding and the like at really good prices. I waited in line 35 almost 40 minutes and still no other cashier came up. She finally called two people to the sales floor, but it was to returns. They never called another cashier so I finally said the hell with it and left. Nobody acknowledged the girl who was at the service desk. I told her I'm leaving this here and she smiled and she said that was fine. She didn't bother to call a manager up or asked me to wait to see if she could get another register open. None of that yeah this is one of the worst stores here in Baltimore. This particular ones. I suggest if you come in here don't come to this one find another one to go to Again there were more associates in the store than it was customers. The store is packed really really tight you can barely get your car through it. You have to leave your car in the aisle and then go into the floor to find what you want prayerfully nobody takes your stuff. This is just not a good store at all.

I called the number listed in a craigslist ad for a refrigerator from this business. I said I…read morewanted to buy it and I requested delivery. I live in Fairfax, VA, so I know I'm pretty far away, so I offered to pay extra for the delivery. The person from the business (never caught his name) proceeded to give me the biggest run-around I have ever experienced. First, he said he didn't want to sell it to me without me actually seeing it, I replied that I was comfortable buying it without seeing it and I understood that was my risk. If he wanted to sell it to me as a "final sale" instead of taking it back if I were to try to decline the delivery, I was comfortable with that. He said he would call me back when he got to the shop to finalize the sale. A few hours later, I called him to see what the hold up was. He repeated what he had said before and I continued to say that I was comfortable buying it without seeing it. We hung up. A few minutes later, he texted me to ask how I was going to pay for it, I replied credit card. A few minutes later he asked if I could pay cash, I said yes, but I would need 24 hours notice to be able to get to the bank. I'm a single mom with a toddler, so this was already a huge pain that I wasn't anticipating. I texted him an hour later to ask how much money I needed to get out of the bank to have ready to pay for the fridge and delivery. He didn't respond. A few hours after that, I called to ask, he said $850 for the fridge, $100 for delivery. Fine. We texted back and forth a bit to confirm delivery time the next day, and I went to get the cash from the bank. On the way home from the bank, he texted me to tell him that someone in the shop had just sold the fridge to someone else and how sorry he was. This was at 4pm. We had been in contact since 8AM. Unbelieveable. He ran me through the wringer to buy a damn fridge all to not actually sell it to me. I did everything he wanted to convince him to SELL ME A PRODUCT. I shouldn't have to convince someone to sell me something. Either tell me that you won't sell it to me so I don't waste my time, or be an honest business and sell people well-priced appliances. This business wasted my whole day and I still don't have a refrigerator. If you contact these people, verify that they'll actually sell you the appliance and then remind them that if they run you around like they did me, that you'll leave them a negative review on every platform they're on. I highly recommend going to Yes We Can Appliances in Waldorf, MD instead. Great selection, awesome crew, respectful and honest business.

However, today's experience locked in my decision to not spend another dime at this store. I came in to make a return and shop with some friends. I went up to the cashier and placed my reusable bag I had bought on my previous visit containing the items I was returning on the counter and pulled out my items with the receipt and made my return. I had an issue with the debit card and the manager had to be called to assist. After successfully making the return I shopped around and went back to the cashier to pay. After paying I placed my items in my empty folded reusable bag, when the cashier is being asked constantly in her earpiece to verify if my bag was accounted for and when the cashier confirmed from our previous interaction she proceeded to ask to check inside of my bag. Never had I felt so disrespected and been treated so unfairly from a store's staff that not only sees me often but that I spend a lot of money on. Very disappointed and to add on the constant lack of cleanliness and organization in that store is unpleasant. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
