I live in Fairfax, VA, so I know I'm pretty far away, so I offered to pay extra for the delivery. The person from the business (never caught his name) proceeded to give me the biggest run-around I have ever experienced. First, he said he didn't want to sell it to me without me actually seeing it, I replied that I was comfortable buying it without seeing it and I understood that was my risk. If he wanted to sell it to me as a "final sale" instead of taking it back if I were to try to decline the delivery, I was comfortable with that. He said he would call me back when he got to the shop to finalize the sale. A few hours later, I called him to see what the hold up was. He repeated what he had said before and I continued to say that I was comfortable buying it without seeing it. We hung up. A few minutes later, he texted me to ask how I was going to pay for it, I replied credit card. A few minutes later he asked if I could pay cash, I said yes, but I would need 24 hours notice to be able to get to the bank. I'm a single mom with a toddler, so this was already a huge pain that I wasn't anticipating. I texted him an hour later to ask how much money I needed to get out of the bank to have ready to pay for the fridge and delivery. He didn't respond. A few hours after that, I called to ask, he said $850 for the fridge, $100 for delivery. Fine. We texted back and forth a bit to confirm delivery time the next day, and I went to get the cash from the bank. On the way home from the bank, he texted me to tell him that someone in the shop had just sold the fridge to someone else and how sorry he was. This was at 4pm. We had been in contact since 8AM. Unbelieveable. He ran me through the wringer to buy a damn fridge all to not actually sell it to me. I did everything he wanted to convince him to SELL ME A PRODUCT. I shouldn't have to convince someone to sell me something. Either tell me that you won't sell it to me so I don't waste my time, or be an honest business and sell people well-priced appliances. This business wasted my whole day and I still don't have a refrigerator. If you contact these people, verify that they'll actually sell you the appliance and then remind them that if they run you around like they did me, that you'll leave them a negative review on every platform they're on. I highly recommend going to Yes We Can Appliances in Waldorf, MD instead. Great selection, awesome crew, respectful and honest business.

I parked my vehicle and went inside directly back to the pharmacy once again inquiring about my daughter's meds which she needs because she's in pain and crying. This chick keeps telling me they never sent it over. She was very nasty, rude and disrespectful. It took the Pharmacist to actually show her where in the system to look. She said I can't sell this to you because there is not tag and our store policy is to throw or donate items that do not have tags. I said really? That don't sound like a good business practice. Mind you we are talking about clothing. I have never heard of such a thing. It was an awesome find and the manager wanted to keep it. Mind you before the manager came up the cashier girl was trying to sell me the jacket for $10 based on another jacket she found in the store. I explained to the young cashier this that this jacket is part of your 70% off with an additional 50% off. Even if this jacket was $25 originally the final price would still be under $10. But she was not understanding once again a cashier who don't understand the process. For the items I did get they could not even give me a receipt for my items because the lady working the register said I don't know why but it wont print so I cant give you anything. Sooooooooooooo lets say I had to take something and seeing I paid cash how is this going to work out. Only because I knew I was not going to be returning my items I purchased them. He proceeds to give me a lot of quarters in change. I said sweetheart, let me make it easier for you and give you the 38 cents. I reached in my purse to give him 40 cents so that I can get $11.02 instead of all the coins he was trying to give me. He had $10 bills and $5 bills in his drawer. The cashier says he already closed the drawer. I said ok..I will wait until you make another cash transaction. When he was able to do another cash transaction, I gave him the 40 cents. Why is he still giving me the same change back??? I tried to explain this to him, at that point he said that I was confusing him. He was trying to shove the money in my hand to get me out. I asked the manager to step in and help him. The cashier is STILL trying to give me the same change back. I told the manager that it's ridiculous that you have someone operating your register that doesn't know how to count money. The manager proceeds to go off on me, yelling at me to take the change and get out. I left the change on the counter and called the police. Police came and the manager didn't want me to come back in..and they still gave the police the incorrect change. Apparently, the manager can't count either. So the manager proceeds to lie to the police and say I was belligerent and yelling at his staff which was NOT TRUE. Yes, I did make the comment about him not knowing how to count. Someone needed to call him out on it!! I asked to return the items and get my money back, but the manager refused and decided to trespass me. That's fine, I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT GHETTO SHOPPING CENTER AGAIN! It appears dirty anyway! Hey manager, why don't you try training your staff how to count money...I wouldn't be surprised if his register comes up short often. Parents please teach your kids how to count money or they will be taken advantage of or be in a situation such as this. I see this too often where these young kids don't know how to count money. They have smart phones with calculators on them for God's sake, use it! At this point, I will not use cash anymore since we live in a society where people cannot count money, its really shameful and very sad! And that manager was a complete jerk and needs more training on how to handle situations. Customer service 101, the customer is always right! All the manager had to do was give me the correct change back and the situation wouldn't have escalated to that point. Do not shop here!!!
