Texan Station Sports Bar & Grill has a 52-foot flat-panel TV and other wall TVs which makes it a popular gathering spot for sports enthusiasts. The menu consists of a wide selection of draft beers, wine and cocktails along with scrumptious bar bites. It is very spacious inside and there are plenty of tables. I've had the turkey stack which has turkey, Swiss cheese, avocado smash, lettuce, tomato, Italian vinaigrette, garlic mayo on sourdough bread and served with kettle chips. The sandwich was very filling and tasty. The to go menu is more limited than the dine-in menu. I ordered the grapevine burger with fries and the wings. The grapevine burger has one beef patty, American cheese, iceberg lettuce, tomato, dill pickles, comeback sauce on a brioche bun. The burger was very juicy. I really liked the fries because they were seasoned and crispy. I chose garlic parmesan for the wings and it was served with celery and carrots. Food was ready in no time. Texan Station Sports Bar & Grill is a great choice if you staying on the property. Service was friendly and attentive.

From the moment we sat down, her personality and energy stood out--so warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. She gave us great suggestions for both food and drinks, which we really appreciated. I ordered the shrimp Caesar salad and my husband got the nachos--both were delicious. But what really made the experience exceptional was Evelin going above and beyond. My husband loves spicy salsa, and since the restaurant didn't have anything truly spicy, she actually went out of her way to another spot in the hotel to find some for him. And let me tell you--it was EXTRA spicy and so good! That level of care and effort is rare, and it made our lunch feel extra special. Evelin truly elevated our entire experience. We'll definitely be back and hope to have her again!

They do let you know that there is an automatic 20% tip added to your tab up front, which you can add too if checking out using the link they text you. The special thing is they have a wall where you pick your own beer, cider and wine(?) that you activate with your wristband and are charged per ounce. I love the drink concept because it allows for folks to try a little bit of various options ... which they do have a number of local options on their wall. This is what I would return for, and bring friends to tet before we end up at another activity. Food wise: got a smash burger which came with fries, which if I order it again I'd probably change cheeses and ask for some pepper to season the fries a bit more ... all personal preferences... but was ok for something to eat to off set the two drinks I had while there. I also got some tacos to go for my husband. Again personal preference, he would have liked more seasoning/spice on the actual meat of the taco vs being as reliant on the salsa. So, on our next visit we might just stick with shareables/apps with our drinks.

The restaurant is large with a nice bar area and the service was very friendly and efficient! Apps: Chili Momos (Veg) and Gobi Manchurian - the momos were super crispy and the sauce was very spicy in a good way! The Manchurian was so saucy and packed with flavor. Recommend both! Mains: Himalayan Thukpa, Palak Paneer, Malai Kofta - the Thukpa was the highlight! The broth was perfectly salty with a great umami taste. The Malai Kofta was rich and I enjoyed the cheesy koftas. The Palak Paneer was tasty, but I enjoyed the malai and thukpa more! Dessert: Pistachio Cheesecake - delicious! More like a pistachio ice cream cake, but it was so good and not too sweet! Overall, we really enjoyed our meal! Will absolutely be back!

The Himalayan thali was the highlight naan so soft it felt like clouds, and lentil curry that carried deep, cozy flavors. The chowmein with lamb and chicken had that smoky stir-fry kick, and the momos were a joy to try. The butter tikka momos were creamy and rich, while the choila momos with the chef's sauce brought a spicy spark that stayed with me. The drinks matched the season perfectly. The Gurkhas Old Fashioned was smooth with a twist, and the hot rum punch felt like warmth in a glass just right for winter. The place itself was cozy, with a vibe that made me want to linger. Even during busy hours the staff stayed friendly, though the food took a little longer to arrive. Still, the service felt welcoming. Altogether, the mix of food, drinks, and atmosphere made the evening memorable in its own way.

While other servers seemed more focused on socializing with regulars than doing their jobs, Taylor stood out immediately. She stayed engaged, checked in at the right times, and made sure everything was handled without needing to be asked twice. That's not luck--that's professionalism. She brings a mix of intelligence and humor that makes the experience better without being forced or over the top. More importantly, she executes. Orders are right, timing is right, and the overall experience feels intentional--not neglected. If you're going to Rowdy Cowboy, don't leave it to chance. Ask for Taylor by name. She's an asset to that place, and based on what I saw, she's setting a standard others there aren't meeting

My Overall Rating - 3 1/2 Stars (5 Stars if you only care about service) Atmosphere - It's pretty electric. There is a large bar in the middle, tons of bar seating, and during my Thursday visit for lunch, it was packed. The vibes are good, and tons of TVs are showing sports. If you have an XY chromosome, this is your place. 1 Star. Service - Rowdy Cowboy is known for having great servers who are very friendly (and nice to look at). All tables were taken, so I sat at the bar. The bartenders were fast, efficient, and very friendly. They got my order wrong, but I don't care. Their friendliness made me not care. 1 Star. Food - Look, if you're here, you're not here for the food. I started with the Steak Frites. The steak was super tender but lacked seasoning. The shoestring fries were awesome and made the perfect pairing to the steak. I ordered the Brisket Sliders but ended up with Wagyu Sliders. I didn't mind because our bartenders were so friendly, but the sliders were just ok. Remember, this place is not known for the food. 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. Rowdy Cowboy knows exactly what it does well, and believe me it does it well. In fact, out of all the restaurants in this genre, Rowdy Cowboy has the friendliest staff. Yes, I will be back. 1 Star.
