I usually have to squeeze one in before 7am since I work all day (but it's so worth it). Every class I've taken, I've left feeling like I accomplished an epic workout. The check in desk employees are so nice and welcoming. I've taken a few friends here for their first spin class and they didn't feel awkward or like they were new. Everyone rides as a team, but also sets individual goals. You feel like you're with a family (but also getting your booty kicked). A few of my favorite instructors: Crystal - she's sweet and sassy, and I LOVE her setlist! She will work your legs harder than you can imagine but the class goes by so quick. She usually teaches early in the morning and is a ray of sunshine (especially when the sun isn't even up yet)! Catalina - definitely one of the classes I look forward to because it's always different. She combines arm movements to go with the beat of the music so I leave work sore arms and legs! Lisa - Lisa is a CRACK UP. Her personality makes me forget I'm working out because I'm having so much fun. She plays rock music, 80s, and then music you would blast in your car on the way to Vegas...it's a little of everything. When you actually look forward to working out, you know they're accomplishing something!
