She will challenge you and give you the tools to overcome those challenges. Her recitals are mind blowing. She will let her students showcase their other musical talents. I modify for injury and I feel supported by the teachers. I never feel like I am less while I take class because I can't do exactly what the exercise is. Actually one teacher remembers and reminds me to set up my handles as I prepare for class. If you are consistent you will see changes, welcome changes in stamina, flexibility, strength, and body composition. My stomach that used to be in the way is much smaller now when I move! Instead on this trip, I had a free room available in my account, which I wanted to redeem before expiring. First of all, the front desk people are very sweet and were very knowledgeable about the hotel and the amenities included. It was also around $35 for overnight parking, which I guess was okay considering I was only staying one night. The parking garage is adjacent to the hotel. Couple of the reasons I came is for the swimming pool and the gym. It seems this is what the hotel revolves around; that and the kid care. Entering into the hotel room, it was super clean and very nice. They have a no-smoking policy in the room, which I love because certain hotels don't have that kind of policy and the rooms smells horrible. When I woke up in the morning, I had a view of the pool and spa. It seemed there was a class in the pool and it looked really fun and I didn't know they had classes. Unfortunately, I didn't have any time to see the gym, but I will my next trip to this hotel. Next time I head to this hotel, I'll have more to review but for now, this is all I have to say.
