First off, you can tell everything about a restaurant when you ask for the green sauce. This is the signature green sauce everyone asks for especially at taco trucks! The kind that burns your tongue and makes you regret even looking for it!!! So delish! We were seated at a booth right away and our order took less than 10 minutes! The plates were hot out the oven oh my goodness!! So yum! You know your gurl got burn marks hahahaha Honestly, I've been in this area for 13 years and I have always seen this restaurant- which is in the Fiesta parking lot... So I always thought it was a little rundown or sketchy. I am so glad I finally gave it a try today! The inside was so welcoming! I'm low-key kind of sad that I never gave it a chance sooner. It is so charming on the inside and very intimate and great Mexican music. The cheese on the enchiladas were melting, and it had the perfect gravy. That's when we were informed that the kitchen had never received our appetizer order. It was finally brought out nearly an hour after we had ordered it. When our food arrived, it was only lukewarm, which was disappointing after such a long wait. This location used to provide consistently great service, so it was unfortunate to have this experience. I hope management addresses the customer service and communication issues so future guests have a better visit.

For some reason, I didn't snag a picture of my dad's tostada with beef fajita, but I did taste the meat and it was very good as I am picky about the beef fajitas that restaurants serve. Also, if you like Texas sweet tea, they got good sweet tea here. If you want a drink, you'll definitely see a lot of margaritas flowing around and the Michelada's are actually pretty good as well.

So I went in for a late dinner. The trio of hostess are at the front with their new ipads. They tell me it will be 20 minutes. No problem I go get a margarita at the bar. I am sitting and enjoying my drink when I receive a text my table is ready. She gets the forks and takes me back to the bar. I look at her and say why would I leave the bar to go back to eat. I wait a table. She shuffles foot to foot. The brain had to work. She runs over to her other two counter parts and try to think it out. They then start paging other parties because they do not know what to do. There is a table available and I tell the girl. She says will I just paging them if they do not come out is all yours. I give her mine drink and walk out. I get to the car and Armando a manager is running out and apologizing. He was so nice and very thoughtful I decided to go back in. The manager came over later and apologized again and stated they would work of the trio of brainless at the front. Overall margarita amazing, food great and Armando the true asset. read more

How in the hell do you lose someone's reservation? Been here since 12:49pm and was told there was a wait of 30-40 minutes. Time came and went. Checked in and found that I allegedly cancelled my reservation for a party of 7? Really? Been coming here for 3-4 years and never had this issue. The lead server then tries to come up with a bs excuse of how I cancelled the reservation on my end! Once again, where is the logic in that? I have the original time stamp text and the reservation (which I did in person). The waiting was not the issue, but the blatant crap excuse that I cancelled my own reservation while waiting with my party ticks me off to no end. That is what I consider lousy customer service! read more

At no point is it ever acceptable to have a toddler sitting in a barstool at the bar. Even more unacceptable is a toddler and three old men drinking. Even more unacceptable is a screaming toddler at the bar. Do you really think customers want to sit at a bar and drink next to what looked like a 5 year old girl screaming? That manager should be fired on the spot. It was one of the more pathetic situations I've seen at a bar in awhile. I don't care if you are a family restaurant the bar is for adults. On top of that which one of those drunk old dudes drove that screaming toddler home. read more

Luv this place. I've been here a countless number of times. It's close to work and the service is fast even during the lunch rush. And don't forget the free soft serve, self serve ice cream. The chips and dip are great. I prefer the green sauce. The chips are light and yummy. I like the queso too. The food is rich so don't forget to order a Corona Light and a shot of Patron.
