We just bought the house in the late winter and he walked around the property with us and told us what kind of trees we had (to me, a tree is a tree). He explained what was going to bloom and when. We learned so much about our landscaping from him! The project involved cutting down a spruce tree that was touching a chimney (fire hazard, says homeowners insurance) and trimming a locust tree that was touching the garage roof. Thankfully he prepared me that locust tree had not been trimmed in very long time and had a lot of dead branches in it so they would wind up cutting it back by about a third. We still had not moved in yet and the crew was well into the job when I arrived the day they started the work -- and I'm so glad Gary mentioned that they would be cutting it back the locust tree so much. In hindsight, it really needed it! I saw the limbs and branches that were on the ground and they were in bad shape. The crew manager explained that the guy removed the dead stuff and cut it back off the roof and was in the process of shaping the tree so it was aesthetically pleasing. It wound up looking very good and I'm excited to see how it looks once it has leaves (should be soon as we're mid-April). The crew was in and our fairly quickly. The cleanup was amazing! You'd never know that they cut down a tree and did substantial trimming on another tree as every single twig was removed! I would definitely contact Gary again for any tree service! Thanks Gary!

I don't normally post recommendations but it is without hesitation that I recommend this team! The pricing was great and I will be calling them back for tree work in my back yard. Thank you Chris! They then used screws to put the broken piece back on and used pieces of bark from the tree and shoved it in the cracks to try to hide the mistake. I reached out several times to Roberto, the owner, only to have him hang up on me several times and after several messages and texts and messengers in attempt to get some reassurance, he was unwilling to return my calls and address the issue. I had to call another arborist to come out and address his mistakes. Praying he hasn't killed my beautiful tree. It's truly devastating and heartbreaking when you pay in full only to be ignored and scared that your beautiful tree you trusted an "experienced" company to trim was so terribly hacked and just pray it won't die. They won't step up and at the very least allow me to understand what happened. Zero communication from this company. Horrible experience. Highly recommend not using this company. I would leave zero stars if I could.

I called a couple of other services, but when I called Nick and saw what others had said, well I knew this was the guy to trust. Honest, to the point of what needs to happen, realistic about the process. No BS. When he came out to provide an estimate, he also noticed lightning and internal pest damage in two of the other trees. No pressure, just the fact that they were going to deteriorate faster than they should. Having tree tags I checked with the city to assure they were OK to take down. After they came out (thank you) I got the 2nd opinion. Definitely not imminent, but they also saw and agreed there was trouble sometime in the future. Called Nick and got it rolling. As the trees are in the backyard, each being 100-120ft tall and 90in circumferences, a bucket truck would be needed. Nick advises we should wait until the ground dries enough. So as soon as that occurred, he checked in during interim to make sure it was good to go, which turned out to be May 8th. They also took out three big pines for the neighbor during the day, grinding all 6 stumps as well. Great team, great pricing, professional, hard working. Will undeniably use them again and full heartedly recommend.
