It has a vintage feel with a trendy vibe. The space is open and presents a relaxing environment. There is indoor and outdoor seating so pick your pleasure and grab a seat. I decided to get an Americano with French Vanilla and Oat Milk. Making my order, the gentleman behind the counter was very nice. He displayed a level of service that would definitely make a customer return. While placing my order, the smell of fresh coffee took over my entire body and I was ready to sip. lol!!!! Once my coffee was ready the gentleman asked me if I wanted to taste it to make sure it was right. As a TRUE coffee drinker, I could tell by the smell that it was spot on. Let's Gooooooooo!!!!! Upon taking my first sip my entire body melted. The house brew was absolutely phenomenal and I am in love. The brew was smooth and had a velvet feel to it. The oat milk balanced the hints of chocolate that are so faint that if you don't sip slowly you might miss them. The entire cup was a mouth pleasing, coffee lovers paradise. One word, WOW!!!! Though I live nowhere near EAV, I will be purposely driving over here a few times a month to get a cup of this Goodness!!!! #CoffeeMePlease

Perfectly browned Texas toast (I think?), well-cooked egg, and generous cheese. The DH had a bacon egg cheese sandwich, the bacon was cooked crispy and hanging out the edges with great temptation. Smooth on the spoon with that soft creamy finish that makes soup feel a little luxurious instead of just warm. The feta on top cut through it nicely. Salty. Tangy. A little flash of brightness in every bite. It gave comfort with some polish. Like rainy day food that still has good posture. The almond croissant was the one. Golden edges. A soft shatter on the outside. Then that dense almond center that lands sweet, nutty, and almost plush. The powdered sugar on top made it feel a little extra in the best way. Not too precious. Not too sugary. Just enough to make it feel bakery serious. The kind of pastry that makes you pause after the first bite because now everybody else at the table wants some. The tea was better than good. Clean. Smooth. Calming in a way that made everything else settle into place. It felt intentional. Not an afterthought. Definitely the standout and the easiest thing to come back for. Forgot her name, but the woman helping me order was a lifesaver. Honest. Adorable. Knew how to guide without hovering. Gave the kind of recommendation you trust immediately. The room had that easy café buzz. Warm lighting. People lingering. Felt relaxed without losing its shape. it's giving... quiet luxury brunch energy due to the vibe she gave. Coming back.

I went on a Friday morning, and the restaurant was moderately busy there were spaces open, however, it was still active, and there were a few full tables and people having conversations. They had anime and various other things playing on the televisions throughout. I went in for simply a pastry and specifically to try out the apple pie Matcha. I will say it did not disappoint. One thing I always love when I'm getting a Matcha is stellar presentation and it met that. With the piping of the cinnamon cold cold foam, to the apple crisp and caramel on top, it looked beautiful, and I was happy to enjoy it! This had a great balance between the whole milk, and the amount of Matcha you can see it is a nice dark green color It also wasn't too sweet, and I felt I was getting apple pie from the drink through the hint of spices in there, along with the garnish. I was able to secure a table against the wall for two by myself to take a quick snapshot of my tray and try out my drink before leaving. I also got a caramelized onion croissant with Gruyère cheese. These were both strong flavors, that worked well together. I do wish I could've gotten heated, but maybe that's something you have to do upon request. Overall, I can't wait to go back and try some of the other items, and dine at the restaurant in the future, looking forward to the next seasonal drink! ** be sure to park in the lot next-door, to have it validated inside!**

Inside I tired to videotape, but it was so dark, and I had my camera light off, but it was a cool, vibe with great music and a chill relaxing atmosphere! The food was decent and the drinks were like pieces of artwork! Our server was very helpful with my food allergies to pork and MSG and I could eat the salmon nachos and the shrimp Mac n cheese! Our cocktails were pornstar bubbly something and it was perfectly mixed with Lilikoi and had that fresh sour punch! I love it! I will definitely be back here again, when I could to the ATL!

The drinks were okay at first, nothing crazy. One thing I will say though, the bartender came by to get feedback and actually adjusted my drink on the spot. I didn't like the espresso martini at all at first but after I said what was off, they knew exactly what to add and it ended up much better. The speakeasy vibe I remember also wasn't really there this time. The front felt a bit disorganized, and combined with the loud music, it just didn't have that same intimate, polished feel. Not sure if it was just an off night or if things are starting to slip a bit, but I'd still say it's worth trying for yourself.

The bar seat was great to see all of the rushing but feel out of the way while people were coming and going. The Cabbagetown Bowl was incredible. The combination of flavors worked so well together, and the salad was a standout on its own thanks to the amazing dressing. The egg on top brought everything together perfectly and made the dish feel complete and a nice breakfast staple. Service was friendly and attentive even with the crowd, and the atmosphere had that cozy neighborhood feel that makes you want to linger a little longer, but you shouldn't because people need to eat, too.
