It had to be smaller than our usual so she can help decorate it, full, soft, smell nice, etc. Upon our 1st lap I didn't see our tree, then cue Israel. He was sooo nice and picked a few others from the back. As soon as our daughter saw this one she said "YEAH"! It's such a beautiful quality Noble with plush and soft needles. Seems very healthy/fresh too, shedded so very little while we transported and lit it. I'm not sure how their prices compare to other lots around San Diego, but I will say I think this beauty was & is worth every penny. Can't wait to decorate it with our little tomorrow night. We will def be going back in years to come. Thanks gents!!!

A 5ft Douglas fir was $59, ok no problem. They also charge extra $3 for netting the tree. I ended up not getting a tree here :( even though I support small business. I ended up going to Home Depot and for the same 5ft tree cost $29.99. Great parking -FREE (pull into the lots along the inside of fence)

This is the second year we've visited the Family Christmas Tree Farm looking for a Christmas tree last minute. Same as last year, we were not sure if we were going to get a Christmas tree since years past it has been an ordeal purchasing, transporting, cutting and placing the tree. But my hesitation is mainly that I'm in an arm cast second holiday/Christmas season in a row, making it extremely difficult for me to help out and leaving all the hard work to hubs. I'm so blessed he's all mine! I love Christmas and of course need a Christmas tree regardless of the situation... so when I say, let's go take a look and see what trees they have, the hubs is all aboard! Located out in El Cajon it is not terribly far away, about 20 min give or take. Each time we've visited, it's been in the evening, not extremely packed busy, a consistent flow of customers coming and going. Our first visit, I didn't know what to expect. It's not a huge Christmas tree farm, big enough to have a good selection of different trees of all sizes. Pre-cut and cut your own. I don't know what it is, maybe under the evening light, the snow flocked trees stood out like a shining star! Two years in a row, we bought a snow flocked tree, last year a Douglas fir, this year a Noble fir and both at an incredible price! Granted, it was the week before Christmas, the trees were both only $99! I loved our first tree last year, but I love this year's tree even more! We came, we saw, I found my perfect tree in under 10 minutes! We both walked around the cut trees and I just knew which one I wanted, but we both made sure there wasn't another that looked better. About 7-8' tall, he was fluffy, evenly spaced branches, perfectly straight center stem at top, he was the one! The process was super simple and fast, all done and ready to go home with 5 minutes! We took our tree tag and paid for it. Next we found an employee that removed the base (optional rebar stand if you want to keep it), bagged our tree and placed it in our car (Tesla MY) and it fit perfectly! We trimmed the trunk base and up it went! With some minor adjustments, we had our Christmas tree all set up! Smoothest year so far! This year's tree was perfect! Absolutely gorgeous! Simply the best! I came here because of a Living Social "deal" in which I paid $30 for $60 worth of Christmas…read moretrees/products from this company called PB Christmas trees which has 3 locations and I went to their La Mesa operation. The place is one of those temporary businesses that sets up in the Big Lots parking lots just for Christmas season. The reason I'm giving such a terrible rating is for 2 reasons: 1. The $60 credit didn't even get me a 5 foot tree! I had to spend an additional $15 on top of the $30 I already spent for the voucher to get just a 5 foot tree= ridiculous prices. That means someone without that living social 'deal' would be paying in excess of $75.00 for a 5-6 foot tree= insanity. 2. I e-mailed PB Christmas trees to express my displeasure with my experience from them (high prices, minimal service, tree turning brown after 1 week!) = No response from PB Christmas trees and now 3 weeks later so reviewing them. Prices= High Quality= Low Service= None (they upcharge you to 'net' the tree which is a courtesy at any other place). Final Thoughts= will not be back!

Turns out there trees are priced int he $100s for a regular size tree. Not only did we use our deal but I ended up spending another $50 just to get an okay looking tree. The selection was very limited. Also the tree ended up drying out before Christmas, we watered everyday. Not sure if this is the tree or just a fluke. In my 36 years of life, I have never seen a tree turn brown before Christmas. Prices are just WAY TO HIGH. No service to speak of. Poor selection. Bottom line, will not be back. FYI: The store that rhymes with Rostco has amazing trees for around $50.

We dined in the area of Lemon grove and afterwards my Husband wanted to check some BBQ Grills to…read morereplace our old one, so I suggested we go to Home Depot since they might have a good deal for the Labor day weekend sale. I don't usually go inside, I just tell my husband what I need from Home depot. But since it was my first time here in this location I decided to look inside. One thing that caught my Eye is their section of RING SECURITY CAMERAS, I have 26 RING security Cameras operating inside and outside my house. I noticed a few updates that RING had on the product they were selling here, with the newer ones being 4K quality already. No doubt I'm gonna start replacing my Ring Cameras to the new updated Ring Security Cameras. I grabbed 2 for now, usually it's $199 a piece, but it's on Labor day sale here at Home depot for $149. A staff member came to help me and explained a few things about the Ring cameras and I just listened even though I own a lot of these already. I just wanted to see how knowledgeable their staff here are at this Home Depot, and so far their Staff here has given an excellent service providing information about the product I was looking at. I paid and set up these 2 new cameras and again I'm Happy with the Product that I got from Home depot. I have 2 Security companies in charge of protecting my Home, ADT and RING. I like Ring more 'coz it's easy to buy the accessories at many stores, Home Depot always has great deals on Rings products, especially on Holiday sales. If you havent tried Ring, a few of them are on sale at Home depot from time to time. I use Ring products not for the bad guys 'coz my Neighborhood is a good one, most of my neighbors are Retired Military. The Funny thing is that I mostly use this FOR my Son and his Friends, especially when I'm not Home. I also use this for my PETS, if I'm not home and they are stubborn inside my house, all I have to do is Yell at the Ring 2-way call to stop whatever my pets are doing like Climbing on my Bar. But most of all I use my RING CAMERAS from Home depot to FIND things when I FORGOT where I left my things in the House ;) , all I have to do is watch it on the Ring Video recording. So if you are getting a Ring Camera from Home depot, make sure that your Internet speed is good so that your Ring Camera video quality is excellent. Also, Home depot has Military discounts on the items that you purchase there, but today i didn't get the discount 'coz i completely forgotten about the their Military discount . As for parking, Home Depot has huge parking lot.

I have never sold there though I would like to look into it and I have talked to people about it and understand it is reasonable. Usually the sales are held at the La Mesa Community Center so that is the address I have listed, but occasionally they are held short distance away, down the hill at the Nan Couts cottage. Both venues are small and cozy and the sales are fun and don't require a huge amount of walking. There are always plenty of handmade items to choose from and often craft supplies as well. The ladies who work it are very nice. Bathrooms are available and occasionally light refreshments. Naturally the sales that are close to Christmas have more Christmas decoration type merchandise where whereas the ones held in the spring and summer have more summer related items though you might find all of the above year round. There are a few edibles along with the gift items and useful items. You can find dish towels, key chains, dog biscuits, aprons, tea cozies, planters, jellies, hand painted wine glasses, homemade cookies, dip mixes, pet related items, American Girl doll clothes, Christmas tree ornaments, hand sewn and hand knitted items, jewelry and beaded items, beautiful scarves, and even a few items of furniture and wall hangings. Not every item is available at every fair but every fair has an interesting assortment well worth checking out. There is plenty of parking as well.

If you're trying to grow your own food (because grocery prices are doing THE MOST), The Home Depot is a solid place to start--but keep your receipt, okay? Now listen...
