It had to be smaller than our usual so she can help decorate it, full, soft, smell nice, etc. Upon our 1st lap I didn't see our tree, then cue Israel. He was sooo nice and picked a few others from the back. As soon as our daughter saw this one she said "YEAH"! It's such a beautiful quality Noble with plush and soft needles. Seems very healthy/fresh too, shedded so very little while we transported and lit it. I'm not sure how their prices compare to other lots around San Diego, but I will say I think this beauty was & is worth every penny. Can't wait to decorate it with our little tomorrow night. We will def be going back in years to come. Thanks gents!!!

It should have been given away or at the very most sold for a very minimal price. $60 for this almost dead tree was a rip off. As soon as we realized how dried out it was, I called him and left a message and have received no call back, I texted him and have not heard back, I drove by the lot and there was no one there. Scan it to summon an employee to assist you. It only took about two minutes for an employee to arrive. She unlocked the cage; I grabbed the trimmer and she escorted me to self-checkout. I paid and was on my way. The entire process took less than 10 minutes.

She immediately made sure I knew what else was available and any additional discounts she could ask about on my behalf. Loved that! They were putting out Valentine's day and St. Patty's day stuff in December. I thought this is crazy but I will definitely be there next week for the Valentine sales. We found out Lowe's only guarantees it for 48 hours but if you put it on the Lowe's card it's for 30 days which we did. The 5 year warranty is through GE and the repair company is Haier US Appliance Solutions/GE Appliances, a Haier Co. We contacted Lowe's and they let us know it wasn't their problem to contact GE. After 9 days a repairman came out. He said it was either damaged during transport as the motor was cracked in half. Could have been improperly assembled at the factory. He would order parts and call on Monday to let us know that the parts were ordered. Of course no call. Again many calls to GE and Lowe's. Again not their problem. On Tuesday we got a text that he was on his way here so I left a gathering that I was at and came home. At around 4:00 he text that he ordered the parts and would be out the following Tuesday. Monday this week we got the call that he wasn't coming Tuesday because parts weren't received and he would be out Thursday. Monday afternoon parts start arriving by FedEx. No idea they were coming here. First part that came was a machine screw. More calls and found out more parts were coming. If he comes out on Thursday I will have had no dryer for 3 weeks. I am 79 years old and if I didn't have my son and daughter in law helping me, I don't know what would have happened. This is the worse "customer service" that we have ever dealt with. It has been 3 weeks of fighting. Worse yet, it's not over. Please beware, Lowe's, GE and Haier don't care. I would give them no stars if I could. My rating would be a minus many stars.
