I was recommended by a close friend to go and take a look at this shop for purchasing ammo. The selection was great and the prices were very fair and competitive compared to other local shops and big box stores. When it came time for me to make my next handgun purchase, I used their website to see they had the firearm available that I was looking for. I told Brian the owner that I was looking for a Sig p320 xcarry legion, a gun that I did a lot of research about before wanting to make a purchase. Brian informed me they did not have the gun currently, but immediately offered to get it shipped in for me in as little as 2-3 days. He also assisted me in trying out different grip modules on firearms similar to the xcarry legion so that I could get a feel of what the frame was like. He was also patient and helped me look at different models with their features before I made my final decision. This encounter made me appreciate the location as with other shops they try to push for you to purchase their gun of choice, and treat you like a fool for wanting to buy a certain brand they don't quite like. There was none of this nonsense here, any questions I had were answered professionally and Brian went out of his way to make sure I got the product that I wanted. When I went to retrieve my new handgun after NICS, I had an awesome chat with the Jeff who finished up my paperwork with me and made some great recommendations for cleaning of my firearms. Both Jeff and Brian seem to have a lot of experience in this industry, and were very friendly throughout the entire purchase process for my handgun. We email the owner and he gets back to us 4 hours later saying that all of his employees are out sick. He will email us back when they are back in. He never emailed us back. Only having a few days there in the Poconos we call back the next day and the young lady says that they do buy back guns depending on the guns but she is only there for a half an hour more and that no one was there to relieve her so we can't bring it in that day and we would have to wait until the next day to see Rich. This is the same woman that made the appointment for 1-1:30 the next day. This is a poorly run establishment that makes appointments with you and doesn't keep them, make sure to call the morning of and the 5 minutes before leaving to make sure they are there. The work ethic on these people is outrageous and I'm shocked that they are still in business, there are other great places around that actually keep there appointments.

When we originally purchased the guns we were told we would have to return to transfer the ownership. I was told this again when I called to check over the phone--he said to bring the guns and our ID. Then when we came today there were two completely different people working there and they gave us entirely different information. The whole thing was embarrassing because we were just doing what the other employee told us to do. He was not there, so we just looked dumb. So we didn't have to go there.... I guess? Now I am not entirely sure what to believe. And if I'm getting conflicting information from employees how can I trust what other information I get from them?
