They have a salad bar and then the meats travel to you. With the AC out, they've got only one marker per table but usually it's one per person. You can request whatever cooked how you want and they will try and bring it to you before they go around and present it to everyone else as well. My favorite way to eat meat is rare or medium rare, but I tend to grab whatever comes around that is a meat I want, regardless of how it's cooked. They have different meats for lunch and dinner but my family has found we enjoy dinner the most. They bring parmesan cheese bread, garlic mashed potatoes, and sweet fried bananas to the table and will bring more of each out as you finish. You can also order sides of stuff, such as my sister ordering french fries on our most recent trip. The salad bar is really good with lots of excellent stuff to enhance your meal. Weirdly enough I don't like the Lobster Bisque on the salad bar by itself but I absolutely am addicted if I add the white rice next to it to it. I'm not sure if that's what they intended people to do or not but my weird little self is obsessed. The sushi is also delicious but I'm not sure if they still serve it.
