Usually, the food here is 10 out of 10! Our food tonight wasn't up to its usual standard. (We have been countless times before and the food has always been unbelievably scrumptious!) Staff are always friendly and attentive! There is plenty of seating inside and outside - so if the day isn't too hot or it is raining I like sitting outside so that I can watch life happening around us! (Grill' is in the Main Street of Ballarat so you can people watch.) There is plenty of on-street parking! There is plenty of variety in food - catering for children, vegans, vegetarians, and coeliacs. I like that money is raised within store and donated to local community organisations! Our order was, as usual, super quick to arrive once we had placed and paid for meal. Now, since covid, one can order from the counter, and staff then bring it to you @ your table, or you can use your phone and order using the QR Code on your table, and staff bring it to you @ your table.
