Great modern interpretation of Thai cuisine. Conscientious focus on presenting Thai dishes in a modern Australian way without losing too much of its original flavours. Our "street-food" entrees were an interesting presentation of egg-wrapped roasted duck and minced prawn and chicken fruit salad. The entrees were actually our favourites from our dinner meal. Our mains included beef short-rib in green curry - interesting to use short rib chucks instead of the usual beef slices, although I preferred the coconut cream without too much of coconut gratings. The grilled tiger prawns were not too defining for me. Our meal was accompanied by a clear broth soup (liked the pork balls, close to the original) and finished with a mango sticky rice dessert.
Overall, great interpretation of the difficult Thai cuisine. Our experience would have been greatly enhanced if it had more knowledgeable staff. read more
