Let me begin by saying my primary actual doctor I haven't seen in I don't know how long. I haven't seen an actual doctor in years. Then when they can't get you in they tell you to go to urgent care which we all know is a joke!!!! at this point I have been forced to seek doctors at other places. My biggest complaint is they never can make time to see you when you are sick yet the waiting room is completely empty and everyone is just chatting away together. I'm honestly sad at the fact I have been going to this "group" since I was a child and it was great friendly doctors always made time for me etc.. now between the overcharging on the bills to no time to see anyone... I feel like the staff here can't be bothered and they act like they are doing me a favor, well you will no longer be getting my insurance money, or my copays. I wish you could go back to being a small town doctors office that actually cared about its patients instead of tying people up on hold to the point of frustration so they hang up and listen we know the waiting room is empty so let's quit the busy act and get it together for the other people that have more faith in you than I do

My Daughter had her appointment last week at this newly opened facility and she loved her doctor…read more The had a great conversation with my Daughter while checking her out and even the Phlebotomist did while drawing blood. The inside is very nice and inviting for the children and the parents. Setting up her first appointment was easy and friendly. They gave us the steps to take with our insurance (Aetna) and it was all simple. The staff is very very friendly! Hope it stays this way! Great new addition to the area!

My children have been patients of Children's Medical Group for about 3 years. I especially like the…read morePawling office. It is very clean and inviting. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. My children usually see Dr. Lessin. He is great and I will continue to see him. Although I am very impressed with Dr Lessin, the practice has been charging me for a routine visit and an office visit on the same day. Office visits aren't covered at 100% so I incur a fee. This seems to be happening more often, but as the billing department later explained, if any concerns are raised during a routine visit, regardless of how insignificant, I will be billed for a routine and an office visit.

Sue Stoveland, the Concierge, went above and beyond to make sure my father was happy and comfortable by checking in on him constantly to see if he needed anything. Sue is absolutely wonderful at her job and is definitely an asset for The Grand. Katie at the Front Desk is a ray of sunshine, very nice and personable, makes going through the COVID testing every other day a breeze as you get to talk to her. Amy, a Dietician on the 2nd floor accommodated my father's dietary needs/wants. Allison, the Unti 2 Nurse Mgr was very helpful in meeting my father's needs and ensured he was comfortable at all times. All the Rehab personnel who worked with my dad to get him back on his feet, literally, and gain his strength did a fantastic job within a month allowing him to be discharged. I found the areas that I visited were clean, didn't smell, staff nice and accommodating. All medical facilities are shorthanded however I felt that The Grand was pretty well staffed for the most part. One downfall is every other patient room has to share a bathroom with 4 other patients.
