However, when phone is answered, caller hangs up. Telephone number on caller ID also is traceable to Peerless Communication Services. If Putnam Family Medicine is not responsible for these phone calls but wants to preserve its reputation, it's their responsibility to put an end to these nuisance calls. If not and reported, they are subject to fines by the FTC for every phone call.
