The two doctors I see are great, however, can't deal with the front desk generals. The one lady, Gladys is very nice, however, the other two snips need to be replaced. They need to do something about the way patients are given appointments and following through with the need of the patients. I needed a prescription for a mammogram due to pain. Called twice no response, put two messages on my portal, no response. I had to physically go to the office and waited 2 hrs to get a prescription. Today, I needed a revised script for a biopsy, the imaging department called the office, got a snippy answer but no prescription. Again. Had to go to office. This is disgusting. This is not the first time but it continues to happen. When are these issue going to be addressed.

Conversely, my resting pulse is 56, I can run a mile in a little over 7 minutes, and my dimensions are 33-25-34.5*. I've noticed that when the wait is especially long, that Dr. Laufer has been a bit rushed in speaking with me, but his exams are still thorough. He has always kept an eye on anything unusual with my skin (apparently people in their 20s are not immune to melanoma) and he urges his patients to stop using indoor tanning booths. He's an interesting doctor - he's a vegan and I've followed some of what he does nutrition-wise (on my own accord, not because he told me to) and have noticed a significant improvement in my skin. I felt sorry for him because he is old and extremely grumpy. His bedside manner is off the charts hideous. He completely ignores eye contact, doesn't smile or say hello in a friendly manner. He is all business and stares for the most part at his laptop. Dr. Bronley is a fantastic therapist and I would recommend him to anyone who needs help during these troubling times.
