Honestly, if I need medical care urgently, I'd rather wait in an ER for a competent treatment than deal with this again. 1. They tried to turn me away 2 hours before closing saying they don't take walk ins. Their website and their automated call system say they take walk ins up to 15 mins before closing. Don't let them lie to you. They turned away multiple people while I was sitting in the waiting room, including someone asking for a Covid test. Just unconscionable. 2. They had my negative lab results for 4 days and didn't call me so I continued taking an antibiotic for no reason and having stomach side effects for no reason because of their negligence. 3. The dr repeatedly misstated my symptoms to me despite me continuing to correct him. 4. SO MANY 5 star reviews from people with only one review is such a red flag. Can't believe places get away with this nonsense.

When you need to see the doctor, you SEE the doctor, not some PA, and he doesn't rush you out the door -- he is definitely old school and knows his patients. In the event he needs to refer you to a specialist, he knows the best ones, but also the ones whose approach works best for you as an individual. Office staff does a great job at scheduling so that even before Covid it was never SRO in waiting room, and they'll find a way to fit you in when you're not feeling well. He also is affiliated with the Peekskill Hospital, so if you are in-patient, he will make morning rounds before his office hours to check in on you. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a PCP.
