I absolutely love that you don't have to go to a lab and they do everything right there while Andrea made me feel very comfortable and was kind and caring as was the doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Sayegh. One more thing I forgot to mention was I was taken back to the doctors office a minute after I was checked in and sat down. There was no waiting time whatsoever.

They switched over to Boston Children's Hospital about a year and a half ago and it was a slow and brutal process for them in terms of ironing out many kinks- but I feel they finally are getting better in terms of scheduling, billing and finding the right office staff. They are much more pleasing to deal with then their previous office staff. I'm also happy that Dr. Frederick is no longer a part of this office. She saw my daughter a couple times and it was torture dealing with her undermining and condescending attitude. They brought a new pediatrician to the practice-Dr. Hwang, who is much more pleasant and professional to deal with... Sometimes you have to just deal with certain nuances in order for your children to get the best care. No place is perfect but when push comes to shove, this pediatric office has always come through for me and my family in times of great need.

Dr Fauser is one of the most professional, understanding and customer-centric physicians I have ever met. Both surgeries were performed at Somers' Surgical Center (in Danbury CT), which is simply OUTSTANDING! The facility is, technologically, state-of-the-art, and the nursing staff there is unbelievable. With all of the surgeries I have had over the past 10 years, I have never experienced such efficiency, attentiveness, compassion, and overall professionalism from a nursing staff. Those nurses, together with Dr Fauser, are the epitome of what I would consider a stellar medical experience! I highly recommend this practice.
