Turns out, the vehicle, which is parked in our garage 90+ percent of the time, leaks like crazy when it is raining. We're inside of 3 years but a bit over on mileage. Even though it's probably been leaking for a year or longer without us noticing, they don't want to bother with helping us track down where the factory messed up. When I explained the mistake I was met with some resistance on pushing the rate back to where it was agreed upon in writing. Eventually after showing texts with the GM and a photo of the typed offer, and myself offering to just finance myself through Navy Federal for 4.75% the floor manager agreed to the original 5% and honored the list price, giving me a very solid deal, better than any in Tulsa.
