Being from California, whenever anyone has a flat on the freeway, there's automatic service that shows up immediately. As I was new to town, I wasn't sure what to do so I yelped the nearest town service. The woman on the phone talked me through the process and had Jesse come to pick me up, drop me off at the tire shop and I was on my way eastbound in a few hours! They continued to hold her car and tell any other tow company she called that she was being rude so no one else would help. She was shaken up after a very scary accident and all they did was bully her for money.

I towed my Tacoma behind my bus about 40 miles and then I noticed the base plate squeaking so I brought it back to Omega to make sure nothing was lose. They were happy to put it up on the lift to check the torque on the nuts and bolts that secure the base plate. It is nice to see a top notch business in Alma like Omega.
