I spoke to them them multiple times about what time I would arrive and was cutting it close. I was expecting to arrive at 4:30 and they closed at 5. I talked to the secretary around 2 (I was driving from 2 hours away) and she didn't tell me I needed to bring anything specific with me. I called around 4 to make sure they didn't close up early on me and the wife yelled at me that I had to get another piece of information from the tag office before I could pick up my vehicle. So I went ahead and did that and arrived at 5:02. They tried to charge me an extra 100$ for some after hours fee and the man called and asked his wife to help him run the payment and I heard her screaming through the phone that "IM NOT BURNING MY SHxT OVER SOME AFTER HOURS BULLSxIT!!" ... so if you chose to use this company, I pray you don't encounter that entitled ... yanno.
