My Allstate roadside service contacted this worthless tow company. My experience was exactly what…read morethe stereotypical tow service represented-all negative. Taylor towing forgot about me and after 4.5 hours waiting, I call and am told, oh, let me call you back. After 5 minutes a rude disrespectful driver calls and says he is heading to the breakdown. I asked the worthless driver what the delay was because Allstate would be asking me how my service was. He yelled "I was busy" ( but Taylor's never advised me of a huge delay). Taylor's then canceled the tow and LIED to me saying that I requested it to be cancelled. I own a used car dealership and have had hundreds of autos towed so I know how a tow should go. I have filed a complaint with Allstate about Taylor's and I hope that they are removed from Allstates towing roster. My warning to you and from my experience, I would say "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Beware beware beware beware beware beware beware. You have been warned.
