Mrs. Hall has been in the business since the fifties, and her family-staff are also brokers, agents, and even private home builders and property owners. To say it frank, they can do more for you than buy a house. Build one? Rent one? Random house questions? You got it. Bottom line, these people will tell it to you straight. Old-fashioned country business means plain and simple dealings without any corporate fine print or wily rhetoric to hide the grimy details from you. I've personally heard the employees say things like, "Honestly, with the state of this property and your budget, I wouldn't make an offer." instead of the usual, "Well, there's another couple just like you making an offer as we speak, better hurry!!!!"
