As first time home buyers, we were very nervous. Everything was daunting - there were a million pieces of information and no clear guidance... and then came Josh with the Amy Downs Team. I'm convinced that the universe put him and his amazing team in our path because they were exactly what we needed. The first time I ever spoke to Josh, he answered EVERY question with extreme knowledge and details, and it was because of that that I knew we found the right agent. He absolutely went above and beyond, not just to find us our dream home, but to make sure we were educated properly along the way (huge, HUGE deal). Everyone we know that has a house had noted how hard it would be, but honestly, Josh made this process so incredibly easy that a small part of me was convinced we were doing it wrong haha. He was available any time we needed him, he was in near-constant communication, and that's another very huge deal for us. He handled everything from start to finish - and since my husband and I both work full time, we needed that superhero to handle everything when we weren't able to. If you're in the market for an amazing team that delivers (and goes above and beyond) look no further - this IS the dream team and will be our team for life. Thank you, Josh, for everything you did for us - you are our hero. Thank you, Justin, for being so detailed and thorough. Thank you to the whole Amy Downs Team - you all are amazing in every sense of the word. read more

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the Amy Downs realtor team. My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with this awesome team on three separate occasions over the past year. My experience with Jane from Amy Downs' team was fantastic despite the challenges we faced selling my house. From start to finish, their support made all the difference during what could have been an extremely overwhelming process. What stood out most was their dedication to customer service. Jane went above and beyond, even postponing her personal travel plans to assist my family during our house visit in Texas. Their communication was consistently excellent, providing clear updates and thoughtful guidance throughout. The team offered valuable advice that I trusted completely, making a complicated situation manageable. Even when we encountered unexpected hurdles, they handled everything professionally and efficiently. I cannot recommend Jane and Amy Downs' team highly enough. We are extremely impressed and pleased with our experience with Josh Kesterson at the Amy Downs Team. Staring out our search for a piece of acreage in the Southeast Collin county area was daunting. We found Josh as a partner agent with RedFin. My husband and I were skeptical of real estate agents but Josh won us over with his experience, attention to detail and professionalism. We are first-time home builders so we have tons of questions and Josh's vast knowledge of real estate has been invaluable to us. My husband and I have technical backgrounds and tend to have pretty detailed questions and Josh has helped us navigate them excellently! Thanks to Josh, we have found our dream property! read more

We were referred to the Amy Downs Team by our Austin KW realtor. We really didn't know much at all about the DFW area, and were assigned Matt Hilton from the team as our realtor. He was a perfect fit for us. He showed us many houses for a week and when we had to return home he continued to go look at houses for us and FaceTimed with us for the showings. When we decided on a house, we began to also work with Jennifer in the Amy Downs office. Everything was so easy with being able to e-sign the documents long distance. Both Matt and Jennifer were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this team for your DFW Real Estate needs! read more

I would highly recommend this team and everyone on it because they're definitely the best I've ever used! Without a doubt i can proudly say that i would love to use this team again! read more

Me and my boyfriend needed help and we had a realtor that we tried to work with that would fail with communication and checking on us and helping us find our perfect first home. Having Taylor as our realtor was the best experience I could hope for she was personal and communicative and very helpful. We moved into our home today and it was all because she took the time to help us find it. I will always refer this team to whoever ask. Emily was someone else who was helping alongside Taylor and she was sweet and made sure to answer any other questions as well.!! read more
