She was visibly upset about that and informed us that she was the general manager and she was new. She immediately went to the other employees and said some thing to them, and I think they were all quite surprised. Bottom line when there's customers in your store an employee needs to say hello and ask if the customer needs any help that's basic 101.

There are two super nice guys who have been working there the last handful of times I've been. And the quality of their plants is the best I've seen around, and I've been to all the nearby garden centers in the last year, and this place has really nice looking plants. Their seeds are great too, they have all sprouted for me. And I love that they will take your empty plant containers and put them out for people to take for free (I always see a wide variety of sizes!). It seems like they are mindful of waste, which I appreciate, because they also were selling old bamboo plant ladders for $1 each (they have new ones too). Their prices are good, appropriate for the quality. Very happy to have this lovely center nearby!
