We visited all the major furniture stores in Newnan, all the "big name" mattress stores in town, and finally the Original Mattress Factory. I cannot stress enough what a different buying experience it was at OMF than at the other places. The salesman was polite, very personable, not pushy at all, and best of all very attentive to what my wife and I both stated while laying on the various beds. We picked out what we wanted but then I decided I wanted to go check out the last store we hadn't been to just in case. Gary was polite, gave us our quote in writing, and told us he'd be happy to help us if we came back. The next day we decided to take the plunge and buy from OMF. We bought an adjustable Split King in the serenity line with my side being Serenity and my better half's being serenity plus. The same salesman was working and not only remembered us but put us to the front of the line and helped us right away! Our beds came yesterday and the delivery guys were TOP NOTCH! They were two really likeable and friendly fellows who assembled everything and showed me how to use the remote for the adjustable base. She advised my table had arrived which I paid for in the amount of $640.93 which I purchased over a month ago. I informed her I was driving there from Atlanta and she volunteered to do the measurements. She hung up, I am sure by accident and never called back so I went on YouTube and called Mercedes Benz and got the measurements assuring me my SUV could accommodate the box that the table was in. Upon arrival, there were 3 ladies, one pregnant associate, the young lady in her twenties who sold me the merchandise, September 20, 2020 all totaling excess of $5000 - which I would like to note, she forgot to add on the order initially, which the table is the first thing I purchased, @ 1:34pm, but she hadn't rang it up yet. She rang an elderly man up who only came to pay a bill and then came back to me to finish assisting. At 1:44pm, the same day, I looked at the Maytag washer & dryer frontload for $2,199 then I chose a sectional, then I walked back to the washer and dryer facetimed my friend who is an eyewitness. I asked the young 20'ish sales associate to give me the specs on the washer and dryer, the young associate was NOT knowledgeable, so I requested the pregnant lady to help and she informed me her grandparents had a top load opposed to a front load and stated, "the top load is better because the rubber on the front load doesn't always close and the clothes are rank and cause an odor." Therefore I purchased the G. E. washer / dryer for $1,499. I went to check out and this young associate NEVER put the table and had to go back add it to the order. Check your register and you will see what I speak is truth. As a world-wide journalist, I pride myself in proper documentation, facts and truth. I informed them today, October 30, 2021 and the very salesperson who sold me the items and loaded them on my truck (SOLO) laughed with the manager and the pregnant lady today and made a mockery. I was on the phone with your corporate office speaking to Lena, all three of them thought it was cute and funny. Ashley, went as far as to say, "She's not talking to anyone, she just faking." I was speaking on Badcock phone from the Griffin location, while Ashley was making fun and all of them were on the cheering squad while refusing to give me my merchandise, Lena was on the phone and could hear them. I was advised to call her direct and finish filing my complaint. This was at 4:49pm. Ashley was continuing to lie to corporate while I was on the phone, for my protection - I went to my car, backed in a stall and called back to corporate and finished escalating my complaint - bear in mind, they were still inside and my merchandise had not been given to me. Back to the incident today, October 30, 2021 @ 4:02 upon my arrival. I have the time because I was speaking to my mother when I entered Badcock. located at 1851 N. Expressway, Griffin, GA 30223-1164 I backed in to load and the manager, whom I found out at that point was Ashley, dark brunette hair, wearing jeans and black top and jacket - said, "No, I am not loading or assisting because it will not fit, and I won't be responsible for damaging your car." I assured her I would not let her damage my car. I knew it would fit; however she flatly refused. She advised the young 20ish sales associate not to aid or assist me either. I was alright with that, so I said, no problem - I will load it. At this point, they both stared at me as I struggled to load the 132 pound table in a box. After I couldn't get it in, Ashley pulled the box back in on the deck - I said, "No I live over 43 miles away, I am taking my merchandise with me." Ashley pushed the box off the dock on the ground and I immediately asked her to call corporate and refused to pick up the box. I drove to the front of the store and called corporate myself. I spoke to Lena in corporate who was on the phone with Ashley when I walked in. She could hear the chaotic reps. As you see, the table fits. The manager LIED from the onset and just refused to give me my merchandise. After I got my sister on the phone because of me feeling threatened, I called back to corporate and got Xiomara on the phone, I requested she call the store so I wouldn't have to drive back 43 miles without my table, she did. This evil manager, while I had witnesses on the phone, took the small dolly that I picked up and said, "You can't touch that, it is not for your use." Witness on the Phone: Dr. A. Hosey and Xiomara at corporate office. I had to physically struggle and maneuver by myself to put this big box in my car. I am a heart patient with 6 stents, suffered a heart attack in December 2020 and September 2014. Before I maneuvered the box I asked if I could open the box and slide the table in my car, the EVIL RACIST MANAGER, Ashley was adamant and said NO!!! I paid for it, I did it anyway and it fit!

I called corporate they were equally uninterested in helping and directed me back to the store which is where my problem was. Absolutely no customer care at all all.
