We needed multiple adjustments due to the book being edited to different amount of pages and sizes and Emanuel was able to turn over the file same day without complaint or delay. He did take couple unexpected days off during the dates of our project, but our work was never delayed and he even worked during one of his off days to make sure we meet our printing deadline. Will revisit the review with updates on future projects!

I had a terrible experience with Austin extreme graphics. I used them on a sign job previously and…read moreit had nothing really good or bad happen so even though I have moved from the Buda area I thought to give them my business first. I requested a call about a week before by voicemail, then I checked in by email. That email was returned a few days later. The person that emailed me said they had the previous order but just needed some quick clairifications before they could start. I sent pictures and clarifications. Waited a week and nothing, left a VM and an email, nothing. Almost three weeks later I emailed them explaining that I would appreciate a response. They responded by saying they could not complete the sign, had no interest in the job, and had no resources for this kind of work. I literally ask to repeat my last order with another name. What a collosal waste of my time. A month of waiting and at the end of the day they were too lazy to respond or follow up, sign business must be good.

We had vector art and sizing requirements, and their team provided a quick quote followed by a proof and then production of our graphics. Picking the finished products up was painless and they had an expert on-hand to describe the application procedure, which we chose to do ourselves. I definitely recommend them for anyone who has vehicle or sign graphics needs!

Jen Netherton at Creation Studios has worked with our soon-to-be Non Profit, Concerts For A Cause…read more(kyleconcerts.com) by designing and printing some amazing looking business cards. She is also working with us on using our existing logo and incorporating that into graphics for posters and a t-shirt. I can't say enough good about Creation Studios. They also created a lot of the fantastic 5k shirts for my neighborhood of Plum Creek in Kyle, Texas. If you've ever run a 5k... you know that getting t-shirt is one of the perks... but usually those shirts don't have a lot of thought in the design and not many people actually wear them unless it's for yardwork or painting or something like that. Well.. the Creation Studios shirts are done so well that I usually wear one of them every week... as my "good t-shirt." If you live in Kyle, I'll bet you've seen PLENTY of people sporting one as well. She's local (#keepItKyle) and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.

To simplify, the team at LightHouse Graphics are nothing but amazing! I had never built a website…read morebefore working with Josh and LHG. I asked a bunch of friends and colleagues for advice. Couldn't believe how many have been flat out ripped off by other Austin website design company or individuals. Scary! Because of that I did my homework. Called around to a bunch of companies and really did my research. LightHouse really stood out in this particular area. Very professional and personable, answering my questions, explained the process they take, and you can tell that Josh is an expert and been doing this for a long time. He jokes that he was there when Al Gore invented the internet. A little cheesy but believable for how long he and his team have been doing this. I think I remember him saying over 20 years just by himself. The thing that impressed me most were the questions he asked to really understand my vision along with offering suggestions and ideas I never had thought of, nor had any of the other companies suggested. Fast forward, the entire process working with Josh, Linda, Jessica and the rest of the team was so easy and pleasant. I almost wish it wasn't done and over with. I'm excited to be seeing the results with my new site even though Josh and his team said it would probably take a couple of months to really see with traffic to the site. Even more proof of their promise of under promising and over delivering. I will continue to not only work with these guys for a long time, I have become one of their biggest fans, recommending them to everyone I know and anyone looking for a local Austin website designer. I've learned finding the rare gem of LightHouse Graphics is like finding a good and trustworthy mechanic, once you find em you never let em go! Thank you Josh and team, y'all ROCK!
