I had my windows tinted here when they where done I notice some bubbles in the tint was told that the sun should clear them out. When I washed my car a couple of days later I notice the rubber on the outside windows all four of them were cut up like somebody stuck a metal Device in between the rubber and the windows or a straight edge razor and I notice that the rear view mirror on the outside passenger side bracket was coming off looks like they use a screw driver to pull it to get to the window also the same thing on the inside brackets both were coming off. So when I return it to let them know. Drew came out I showed him all the damage he denied it and was rude said that wasn't them he said let me do some research on other Hondas basically saying the cuts on the rubber was because my car is old I said it's a 2020 he said that's old . He comes across like a ConMan this is the worst experience I've ever had with any kind of company in my whole entire life. Seems to me they don't wanna take responsibility for there mess up. I don't recommend anybody do business with them you'll probably go through the same thing I went through. I came in an hour before closing time with an unusual request. I am making a teleprompter for use with my church videos for worship during the pandemic. The plain glass I had been using was not reflective enough so I wanted to add a mirror, but it had to be color natural and not too dense. They were very helpful and after looking at a lot of possibilities we decided on one. I was prepared to come back to pick the glass up on Saturday. Instead, they fixed my up right then. I am pleased with their service and will call on them again when I need some glass tinting. My little project was not a big moneymaker for Corridor Window Tint, but they treated me as though it was very important to them. I am very satisfied. I call in to see if I can get my windows tinted and ask how much it will cost for front two windows. I was told $125 and they can take me in now. So I head over and once I get there I am told that it will be $250 plus. I then ask about why I was quoted $125 over the phone. they then show me another option that wont match the back two side windows as much as the first option would and its $125. They make that option sound bad. Meanwhile My next door neighbor was able to get all five of his windows tinted for $140 with ceramic and a life time warranty and I can even get my front two windows tinted for $125? I was also told they don't match the front windows with the back. As I ask for my car back and leave. while leaving I notice all the employees cars have tint that matched the front two and the back two windows. I felt like I got the bait an switch. Wow! I can't believe the difference. I had them tint my windows yesterday. When I drove home to San Marcos, I had my a/c on the lowest setting and got too cold! This is the most unprofessional business I have ever been to. I would not recommend using them for anything. I had an appointment scheduled. On my way to the appointment, I called to let them know I had hit traffic and would be late. The guy who answered the phone told me that would be no problem, to go ahead and come on out. When I got there, another guy looked at my vehicle, and determined that I was "too late" and followed up by stating that he had "never worked on that type of car before". I own a 2017 Acura TLX.
