I walked him every day at different times, hoping to find his owner. The lady who cares for the animals and upkeep of the shelter was was cleaning but stopped to greet me and find out why I was there. I have not owned a goldendoodle and Charlene answered all of my questions & concerns beforehand. She would send weekly updates and pictures of our puppy from birth. Charlene was very accommodating with visits starting at 4 weeks old. I think this truly helped our puppy transition to her new home since she was already comfortable around us. She also did us a favor and kept her an extra 2 weeks (past her 8 week pick up date) since we had a preexisting vacation planned. Charlene provided all of her vet records, a take home basket filled with toys, goodies and even a new puppy what to expect packet. You can tell she and her family go above and beyond to make this experience positive. Our pup is so sweet, calm, intelligent and potty trained so quickly with the help of Charlene starting her crate training. Overall amazing experience that you won't get elsewhere.
