I must say the owners attached message has me quite astounded. I reached out to the CrossFit gyms…read morein this area back in November hoping to gift it to my husband but it was unfortunately something we could not swing financially at the time. I reached out again to the surrounding crossfits to see what pricing is like now--as things are constantly changing with the pandemic --to see if it is something we now can afford. As young new parents we have to be extra careful with our spending and weigh all our choices. I am not sure what type of business they run where they think it is acceptable to mess with people by saying the price is $300 dollars more than it is. It seems to me they either are extremely unprofessional or were trying to extort money out of a new customer. I did CrossFit for many years when l was training and still an elite athlete before an injury took the option of CrossFit away from me. I was very excited when I learned of your gym in the area because I have always wanted my husband to get into it. I understand it is important for him to come in, see the facilities, and learn more about CrossFit other than what I have told him. I also have no doubt as a former division one athlete and cross-trainer that he would safely pick up CrossFit and enjoy it just as much as I did. But if the cost was too much for us, there would be no point in him coming to see the facilities in the first place. It was disheartening receiving their inappropriate messages that have turned us off of your gym. Do not use this gym--as they will try to extort up to $600 extra a month from you!

The classes are thoughtfully designed and provide enough individual attention for the coaches to tailor their guidance to each student's needs and abilities. What I especially appreciate is that they teach my son not only how to become stronger and more fit, but also how to approach fitness in a healthy and positive way. They help him build confidence and develop a positive self-image while emphasizing proper technique, safe training, and long-term progress. The trainers also care about his overall well-being, both physically and mentally. They motivate Will to set goals and, just as importantly, support and encourage him as he works toward achieving them. It is clear that they truly care about their students and want to see them grow. We are very grateful to have such a positive and supportive environment for our son. Will has grown just this summer alone. I would highly recommend this gym to any parent looking for a place where their child can become stronger, healthier, and more confident. What a great experience Will is having and we are confident it will continue.

My "The Rock" story started here almost a year ago with my boyfriend. We were at another facility…read morethat closed. After speaking with Carlo and going over the program we joined and were excited to start. Carlo even made an additional night slot due to my work hours, not a lot of gyms had an after 6pm night slot so the 6:30pm class was created and we have been going ever since. A month or two into the program I had a prior knee issue that progressively began to get worse. In the mean time working with Dr's to find the best course of action I discussed this with Carlo as well as Tom and Janice to best fit every training session to the needs of my condition but still get the maximum workout possible and still hit my own personal fitness goals. Almost 9 months later modifying every workout and everyone of these trainers working with me every class I went in for a full knee replacement in July, summer 2022. 8 weeks later I am back in the gym modified again for now, until I am back to 100% but I can't thank each and everyone of them from the bottom of my heart because if it was not for them supporting me and tailoring my workouts once again after surgery so that I can still get the most out of it even with a knee not functioning at 100% prior and now after my replacement I would not be in the condition I am to return 8 weeks later. I can't speak enough about The Rock, CrossFit. The workouts are amazing and push your limits which is what everyone needs to truly see how far you can go and that's just in life as well. It's a family atmosphere where everyone is supporting everyone through the workouts and "No one gets left behind". My boyfriend and I looked at a lot of gym's and we can't recommend this gym enough if you are looking for something outside of your comfort zone and challenging as well as other classes that offer that nice balance. I would recommend trying a class you won't be disappointed maybe out of breath, lol. I have been struggling with weight loss for 4 years. I have never felt this good in years and for the first time have definition in my arms and legs that I have not seen in over 20 years. You owe it to yourself to be the best you. Let them help you achieve that goal you won't be disappointed. Carlo, Tom and Janice love you guys and girl... and Matt thank you

Even if I bring myself to work out with trainers, often times, I would end up being disappointed or unmotivated anymore to continue. After I started training with Stan, it all changed. I have been Stan's client since 2014! Yes, it has been that long since I started my workout with him YAY !! When I started my first training FOUR AND A HALF YEARS ago with Stan, I instantly took a liking to his PROFESSIONALISM! Stan is the exact type of the trainer who knows how to push you to reach to the maximum with plenty of knowledge of fitness. The best thing about him is HE PAYS ATTENTION to you during the whole training session! From my past experiences with other trainers, I felt that some trainers were only there to count numbers without correcting forms for target areas that needed to be improved. Stan's training has been giving me the motivation to continue, not to mention the RESULTS of being able to not only stay below size 2 but keep a healthier lifestyle with high energy Working with such a true professional since 2014, I have gained so much positivity in my life Another thing I need to mention is that HE IS NEARLY ALWAYS AVAILABLE! I'm talking about somewhere from 5:00 am in the morning till 11:00 pm at night, so someone like me with limited availability can always have my regular work out in between. I feel very comfortable with his new location at Supreme Fitness, I love the bright natural light and positive vibes there.
