Well he did not disappoint, from the appetizers to the desserts, each course was a hit. I am still getting compliments about the food served. I guess the best part of my experience with Perfect Chef was how easy they were to work with, nothing was too hard or complicated. Their staff were efficient and polite and did it all with a smile. I had zero concerns about their ability to execute the plan, and I especially appreciated their 48-hour final confirmation. Our guests (95 total) raved about the food. We ran out of beef a little earlier than expected, but our people do love to eat and appreciated that the staff didn't skimp on portion sizes. I think my guests took "all you can eat" seriously--LOL. My only suggestion would be to let Taquizas Jose know if your group loves to eat, as you may want to factor that into the amount of meat they bring. We've been feasting on leftover beans, rice, and tortillas this week--thoroughly enjoying it.
