We had our annual exams done today (no affiliation with Greystone & the exams were done normal) & I thought about the horrible experience we had here last year that I forgot to review. Ariana Thompson provided my mom & I an entire wham, bam, thank you ma'am exam! She performed our breast taps (it definitely wasn't an exam) through the gown like she was afraid to touch our skin. She acted as if we were contagious or something. If there were any lumps, abnormalities, etc., she wouldn't have known. While attempting to perform the pap smear, it hurt so bad & she had to be told to stop. She then said that maybe she should've tried a smaller instrument. She didn't ask any questions nor did she ask or care if we had any. My mom & I were appalled when we spoke about our individual visits & how comparable they were. I was hurt because I booked my mom's appointment with Ariana! Please get her off those billboards taking up space! Dr. Uzor you are truly missed! The staff was great but this clinic just want to stuck you dry. They discuss payment plan prior to giving birth. This isn't my first child, my doctors never discuss a payment plan or make me pay before giving birth then you have to pay to complete your fmla then other bill when you get labs done. read more

Dr. Cowthorn is my doctor. He is thorough and explains your care and plan of action very clearly. He makes it plain so that you fully understand what he's saying. My wife Norma, after having her appointment rescheduled for two weeks, had to wait over two hours before she was seen.. (After waiting over two months for the initial appointment).When asked if the attending physician was the only one there (Covington office) was told YES, no other physicians seeing patients today 3/23/22 Was asked to fill out all the patient information again including prescriptions and surgeries that had bee provided in person at the office months before. Dr. Craig was very good but there is something very wrong with this Practice and the way they conduct their business. read more

No longer impressed. They are cohesive, lack the communication and aren't up to date on the latest in medical practices like they should be. The newer drs (7 years or more recent) lack the professionalism and good beside manner that the more seasoned drs (Robinson and Duhart) possess. After 12 years it's time that I move on. read more

So i received my appointment card which states that my appointment for today would be at 10:00am and when I get here I receive a check in notice stating that ive been scheduled for 10:45am. Smh it's the worst because I was on time and still have yet to be seen. Not only that but they took forever and a day to send meds I needed and sent them to a pharmacy I don't even use and another thing is the ultra sound tech only took several images of my baby's head not his body and the images were blurry. More to say I don't even know my doctors like that. After delivery I will be looking elsewhere. read more

being a new patient of greystone I have nothing but great things to say, went in for a annual visit and ended up needing a total hysterectomy, Dr. Sanini was awesome, I couldn't have asked for a better doctor!!! surgery went very well and the after care has been even better, she is very informative and caring towards your needs ! read more

To be honest I located Greystone on-line and read the reviews. I researched Dr. Delp and decided she was the one I wanted to see. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and felt welcome. I didn't wait too long before I was called back. Long story short Dr. Delp was awesome! She explained everything in-depth to me and took her time. I have found the Doctor I've been looking for. Also, having access to the patient portal is the best!! read more

The staff is friendly! BUT I waited almost 40 minutes to be seen (past my appointment time). Then I was led to a bathroom where they told me to provide a urine sample in a plastic WATER CUP WITH NO LID. and to write my name on it with a sharpie and leave it in a box? it felt SO unprofessional. again, the people were nice enough. Very unprofessional. I called weeks ago and told them I didn't have insurance but I wanted to take my iud birth control out. They told me the out-of-pocket cost we're going to equal a total of $150. I asked several times over the course of 3 weeks if there is anything additional I would have to pay for. I was told each time no just the cost of the removal. They told me all I had to do as a new patient was go online and complete the forms. When I did, they called and scheduled an appointment with me. Since then, they've called to confirm the appointment not once but 3 times. (Again, each time I ensure that the only thing I'd be coming out of pocket for was the removal, which all the staff I spoke to confirmed.) THE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT, another lady called to confirm my appointment but this time she told me that there would be another $200 added onto the cost, resulting in the total being a little over $300 when all I wanted to do was remove my birth control. I will not schedule another appointment with these people and I would not recommend them to anyone else. read more

My love and I recently decided to conceive. After conception, we scheduled our first appointment at Greystone OBGYN in Conyers. We were changed to go down to the Covington location for some reason. Our appointment was scheduled at 09:15. We signed in at 08:57, at 09:50 we still were not seen. We checked in with the staff who seem to have overlooked us. When the staff finally came back to get us I was rudely informed I would not be allowed to take part in our babies wellness visits. Prior to our visit we were told I would be allowed so I took the day off of work specifically share this moment with my lady and our soon to be little one. We were also told that we could get our pelvic exam, blood work, and ultrasound completed on this visit. This is not the case and will require separate visits, I'm sure to collect multiple doctors visit charges. They attempted to schedule us for an ultrasound the following day. As a healthcare provider of 10+ years I would give Greystone OBGYN a 0 if possible. We will be finding a new provider willing to accept that we are a family wishing to experience this together. read more

First impression is based on my 25 years of working in the health industry. It is not standard practice to charge your patients, new or otherwise prior to providing services - but this was our experience. Although an appointment was made, because they could not locate my daughters information Kristy was ready to turn her away after 10- 15 minutes they realized a mistake made on their end. It is standard that if a patient does not Choose to give their social security number that the office has the ability to create an identifying number, and it is unlawful to coerce anyone into giving it by threat of not receiving services, but this is what Kristy did. It's amazing that in this day and age any practice would be willing to expose themselves to legal ramifications based purely on a lack of traing and knowledge. So far I'm not impressed. read more

I made my appointment well over a month ago, put in all the necessary info into their online system and get a call TWO days before my appointment day that they do not take my insurance this year. (Same year I made the appointment?) The staff is not helpful whatsoever as they are never available. They take a TWO HOUR lunch break every day. It is very poor management and thankful to be done with them before I wasted my time stepping in there. read more

Second pregnancy here and I can't say enough about the professionalism, and abundance of information that's available at this practice. They are very accommodating with your schedule if need be. All of the doctors and midwives that I've encountered so far have been great. Seeing a variety of doctors and midwives gets you comfortable with everyone so that when you do go into labor and land on a doctor that isn't yours at least you won't feel as though you're dealing with a stranger. read more

As a first time mom I was completely disappointed that they would not see me. Here I'm thinking that I'm finally about to get information on my baby considering that I am possibly 10 weeks now. I scheduled my appointment and also stated my intentions when scheduling that I wanted to deliver at a birthing center and not a hospital. When I go to my appointment, I was checked in and sent to the back where my appointment was supposed to get started. When the nurse was asking me questions she asked me where did I want to deliver my baby I explained to her the exact same thing that I explain to the woman who scheduled my appointment on the phone. After I told the nurse that I did not want to have my baby at the hospital, she forced me to cancel my appointment and said that they could no longer assist me. She also stated that I should call around and come back if I needed to. At this point I would never come back and that is based solely on how I was treated this time. It is extremely frustrating because I know nothing of what's going on with my baby. I just wanted make sure that everything was all right with my child. Also, to know that I drove all that way to be turned around was the most frustrating thing that I have experienced thus far during my pregnancy. This was completely unacceptable.I really had high hopes for this facility considering the fact that they have such great reviews however, my time was wasted and I would definitely not recommend. read more

First and foremost I hate doctors. I hate the whole environment and process of seeing a doctor. But I found this place for my lady doctor and really like it. I feel very comfortable. I do not care for white male doctors so finding an African American woman's as my lady doctor. She has a great personality and is very informative. I don't know when I'll be getting pregnant because that's in Gods hand but when I do I will most definitely going there. read more

Dr. Robinson and his staff have always been professional and courteous. I've been going there for 19 yrs. He delivered my two children. The office is always clean. His location is easy to find. It's never comfortable to have to go do that exam once a year but he'll crack jokes with you and it makes it so much better. Try him out, you won't regret it. read more

During my last visit my wallet was stolen now I have been waiting over a hour just for a depo shot. I'm really starting to not like this place. They ladies at the front are nice but they are extremely slow in the back and they don't take people in the order they come in I was here 30min before my appointment ugh!!!!!! read more

As an expecting father I am highly disappointed in the service and overall demonstation of this facility. At the least this was one of the only places that took my partners insurance so we fairly had no other choice. On the first visit I had to fight just to open the door for my pregnant partner. When going in they explained how noone other than a patient is allowed inside due to Covid. Ive since been around 10 other times and have frequently seen other families allowed inside...interesting. I brushed the first strike off and kept hope, just video-chatting with her every visit. Over the course of months multiple times they would tell my larter she would be having ultrasounds and those appointments would come and they would act clueless. And now at 40 weeks pregnant they explain how video chatting your ultrasounds is illegal and im 95% sure that this is infact false and it is only illegal when it is recorded and an abnormality is not listed; which would be there fault anyway, saving them from being sued and such. As an expecting father, this aggravates me enough to write a review myself. This uncomfortable facility also made my partner wait 10-40 minutes after scheduled appointment times no matter if there was noone else there or not. Also they would call other people up that came in after, before my parter. This review dosnt include all the personal issues my parter delt with during the visits herself and if you have the BENEFIT of actually reviewing your OBGYN before choosing one and have a more widely-accepted insurance. THINK TWICE! Greystone was not held up to the standards of a basic OBGYN and family members of hers have had countless bad experiences here. Do what you can while youre ahead and do not choose greystone, even if you have to drive far out for a tiny bit of comfort. read more

Dr. Duhart is one of the best doctors I've ever been too. Not only is she down to earth but her professionalism, makes it easy for you to talk to her. I've never experienced an pain free pap smear. The staff always greets me with the smile and the nurses are great in the back. Keep up the great job guys! read more

Beware of this practice! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL - They took my last review down I will keep posting. I had my son in 2013. I had a complication happen and the dr left me in extreme pain loosing blood in the hospital for atleast 1 1/2 days to 2 days. I researched this complication and most people have immediate surgery. I had 4 blood transfusions by the time he did surgery on me. I literally could not hold first just born son this whole time due to the amount of pain I was in even the nurses couldn't believe it. I was nieve at the time and should have sued . Then when i finally made it out of the hospital id come for appointments still in large amounts of pain could barely walk couldnt sit and they made me wait 30 mins to an hour to see the dr. even 9 months pregnant. you have to sit and wait an hour when you have an appointment these folks are AWFUL Cold individuals .RUDE TO TOP IT OFF read more
