I've been a patient at this office for the past 3 years, and unfortunately, my experience has been…read moreextremely frustrating and disappointing. Throughout my time here, I've been given conflicting diagnoses by different doctors, with little to no clear communication or coordination between them. Instead of feeling supported, I've felt like I've been sent in circles without real answers or a consistent treatment plan. I was also prescribed medications that I clearly expressed concerns about due to potential side effects, yet those concerns were not properly addressed. On top of that, I've been required to pay for multiple appointments just to obtain paperwork that should have been provided alongside my diagnosis. I've also paid for additional visits under the expectation of receiving treatment, medication, and documentation--none of which have been delivered. While the nurses have been kind and professional, it does not make up for the overall experience. The lack of follow-through, communication, and care has caused unnecessary mental, physical, and financial stress. I have been waiting for months for medication that was promised for a condition that significantly impacts my quality of life. My emails, portal messages, and calls have gone unanswered. At this point, I will not be returning. I cannot recommend this office to anyone seeking reliable or consistent care.

He had some nerve to say such a thing and whole time he had what appeared to be a cold sore on his mouth. He is a misogynistic piece of work. No matter how many years ago that was I never did forget about that interaction. I was in such shock and disbelief that a medical "professional" would say such a thing to a patient. Very unprofessional. To top it off i called to make a formal complaint and the woman i spoke to laughed and gave a weak apology. She can keep it. Screw you all. You better be glad i have such a high self esteem and didn't go into depression over this horrible ordeal. They have a lawsuit just waiting to happen conducting their practice in this manner. I haven't been back since. Good riddance

I called, no answer, jiggled both entrance handles, knocked, asked passersbys if they worked there. Started talking to someone else waiting then another person whose appointment is at 8:30am. The 2nd person lets me know that now the doors are open. Going in thereafter was no bueno. Attitude galore from curly q at the front desk. First you tell me I had to be in the back. The back of where exactly? The only place I saw to sit was steps away from the entrance by the elevator. My biggest pet peeve is when someone makes me feel as if I'm being dishonest when they're actually deflecting. 1) as someone who works in the medical field in customer service I would never ever not unlock the doors knowing what time people are supposed to arrive. 2) why didn't anyone answer the phone after 8am knowing there's an appointment scheduled? 3) Arguing with me and talking about me as I'm leaving is poor and abhorrent customer service behavior. 4) I don't lie unnecessarily so I told the girl to check the camera because are you really telling me I wasn't here since 7:55am when I've been waiting? 5) people tend to book early appointments to go to work after, so NO it's not ok. So now I have to wait longer than I should have to be seen and be around unfriendly staff while I wait, no thank you. I would give 0 stars if I could just based on this experience. I even filled out my online documents so I wasn't waiting unnecessarily long and for nothing. I'll find another, better managed practice to give my money to but this is not that.

Dr. Ashley never called me with my results or uploaded the results. Instead she insisted for me to come into the office to discuss this matter which I had to pay and additional $193 dollars. I am still waiting on a call from Dr. Ashley or even a member of her team. After my pain progressing because of her negligence of care I ended up developing an infection which I went into urgent care to be treated. This all could have been avoided if Dr. Ashley was responsive to my care. I have never experienced a process like this and I DO NOT recommend visiting this clinic or this doctor.

She acted as if we were contagious or something. If there were any lumps, abnormalities, etc., she wouldn't have known. While attempting to perform the pap smear, it hurt so bad & she had to be told to stop. She then said that maybe she should've tried a smaller instrument.
