Now al of the doctors are female. Most of my visits in recent years have been with Dr. Iyoyo. She is wonderful. We always have great conversation while she is doing my yearly exam and I never feel like she is rushing through the exam. But she also values my time and is efficient. Other times I have come in to see Dr. Yolanda Smith. I would highly recommend both of them.

Dr. Ashley never called me with my results or uploaded the results. Instead she insisted for me to come into the office to discuss this matter which I had to pay and additional $193 dollars. During the process called the office numerous times for my results that she refused to discuss over the phone and never called me back. I am still waiting on a call from Dr. Ashley or even a member of her team. After my pain progressing because of her negligence of care I ended up developing an infection which I went into urgent care to be treated. This all could have been avoided if Dr. Ashley was responsive to my care. I have never experienced a process like this and I DO NOT recommend visiting this clinic or this doctor.

We came to see Melissa Smith for our newborns wellness check…read more We were not informed that Melissa wasn't there today until after we showed up. I thought it was odd but thought that maybe she had an emergency. While in the waiting room, I over heard that Melissa only had a few weeks left at this practice, I went to the receptionist to ask for contact info so we could follow Melissa she said "we just ran out" i then became suspicious and found out that she was no longer working with Dr Fields office and they're not letting any of her clients know. They are making it seem like she's just out sick or something not that seems moved on. A Doctors office without integrity is no doctor I would want to see! Everyone there should be ashamed of themselves.

She also took my prescription refill request for my youngest inhaler and Epi-pen as well. EVERY week since, I've been calling, leaving voicemails for Melissa (the refill person), spoke twice to Aaliyah (her assistant, I'm assuming) and once to the Office Manager who transferred me to Aaliyah. My son's prescriptions have NOT been filled. CVS keep trying to contact them as well, texts received WEEKLY keep stating NO RESPONSE. The insurance company is asking for ALTERNATIVE brands for the refills. I've left that voicemail 2 weeks ago for Melissa, INCLUDING the pre-authorization number she needed to call. I told Aaliyah over the phone one week ago, this SAME info! I called the office yesterday, 7/5 to see if they were open, I was on my way to request a WRITTEN prescription for my son. The appointment girl transferred me to Aaliyah. I repeated myself from what I've already told her about switching the brands a WEEK ago. A week ago, Aaliyah stated she was going to talk to Melissa to correct the prescriptions. Aaliyah says the SAME thing again yesterday! I said, you stated that LAST WEEK, I've been calling here for almost a MONTH! Do I suppose to wait for ANOTHER text from CVS stating you all have not responded or Melissa is going to call me when it's completed?! Aaliyah stated, she will call me herself the next day after she speaks to Melissa. She called me back 7/6, stated Melissa said she will call in the prescriptions that day. I clarified, the NEW BRANDS?! Aaliyah said yes. Today I received a text from 2 different CVS's, one for each prescription. -_- I'm going back to their old pediatrician office in Stone Mountain. It's a COMMUTE but at least I've NEVER had any complaints other than that!

We had our annual exams done today (no affiliation with Greystone & the exams were done normal) & I…read morethought about the horrible experience we had here last year that I forgot to review. Ariana Thompson provided my mom & I an entire wham, bam, thank you ma'am exam! She performed our breast taps (it definitely wasn't an exam) through the gown like she was afraid to touch our skin. She acted as if we were contagious or something. If there were any lumps, abnormalities, etc., she wouldn't have known. While attempting to perform the pap smear, it hurt so bad & she had to be told to stop. She then said that maybe she should've tried a smaller instrument. She didn't ask any questions nor did she ask or care if we had any. My mom & I were appalled when we spoke about our individual visits & how comparable they were. I was hurt because I booked my mom's appointment with Ariana! Please get her off those billboards taking up space! Dr. Uzor you are truly missed! We will get to your current facility in due time.
