I've been a patient at this practice 3yrs now. Dr. Tabassum Safari is one of the 4 doctors at the Lenora Church road location. The staff from the front desk to the nurses are all friendly, knowledgeable, patient , understanding professionals that are consistent on every visit. If you're uncertain about an appointment or insurance benefits, they will look into it and get you the answers. The office itself is nice and clean. Not very much decor in the lobby like most offices I've visited but it's nice. Several chairs spaced due to Covid precautions. 1 TV that's set on one channel more like an advertisement of Emory services. So a little something to ponder while waiting to be seen by your doctor The lab and exam rooms are typical nothing really special there. Parking lot is quite large .. I'd say at least 50 vehicles maximum including handicap parking. I do apologize for not taking more pics of the exam, lab and lobby areas but I will on the next visit. If you're looking for a Family Doctor, give Emory a try. There are several locations throughout the metropolitan area. Scheduling an appointment is easy and convenient. Most doctors are accepting new patients. One thing I love about Emory Healthcare is that everything is there. If you need a colonoscopy, it can be done there. Every visit, diagnosis, appointment, surgery, etc is in the portal. Your doctor is notified of every lab report and exam although he or she may not have done the procedure like a colonoscopy. It's pretty cool! It's a paper trail of your healthcare...Who wouldn't want that!

Probably the most unprofessional and unaccountable employees here at this office. The doctors are…read morealmost never there, they literally work maybe 1 or 2 days a week in any given week. They rarely answer the phones and usually have the automated answering service pick up and say that they're closed, on a random Wednesday (NO HOLIDAY) at 2:55pm. But the automated message clearly says their office hours are mon-thurs 9-5 and alternate Friday's from 9-12pm. HA! That must be the best job ever for those office girls, they NEVER have to be at work. I wonder how they're even making money with those kind of hours, wow, 40 hrs a week much? . No but seriously, this whole office is terrible. From the long waits when you come in WITH an appointment to the 2 secs the doctor writes something on a piece of paper and charges you $140 for a visit . Good luck

I was very disappointed in her bedside manner. She was not very concerned about my issues that I was telling her. She just kept giving me The hurry up look so she could move onto the next patient. Only gave me 30 days supply of my medication, one which is blood pressure medication which I usually get a years worth at a time,so I don't have to continue to come to the doctors office . which is ridiculous for her not to give me any refills.
