We agreed to a date, and I adjusted my schedule to be present. However, when the team arrived, the foreman was clearly confused about the scope of work -- he thought they were only replacing 2 tiles. I called the owner (Arron), who claimed he had no idea the job was for 5-6 tiles -- despite our full conversation history showing otherwise. To make matters worse, Arron then claimed it would now cost $1,500 instead of $1,000 because it was scheduled on a Sunday. The kicker? He was the one who asked to come on Sunday instead of Saturday. This experience was frustrating, disorganized, and left me feeling misled. If you're looking for a contractor who honors their quotes and communicates clearly, I'd recommend looking elsewhere
