Yesterday they had truck trouble and we were under the impression that our shipment would be a day delayed. We today, on SATURDAY, our wonderful driver showed up WITH OUT SHIPMENT. ON A SATURDAY!!! They do not work on Saturdays, and the company did not REQUIRE this driver to come in, but he did and he is positive, happy and just plain nice ON HIS DAY OFF!! The week I was supposed to move brought bad weather. I had a long gravel driveway and expressed to Eric that his truck may not make it through on moving day and that we should reschedule. He assured me that it would. On moving day they spent in total almost 2 hours trying to get the truck in and out of the driveway. They were not able to take my mower or other lawn equipment on the truck and offered a flatbed at an additional cost. I had no faith that the flatbed would be able to get in/out of the driveway with the snow so I decided to call on a later date for the equipment. His crew cracked my headboard and left cigarette butts at both houses. When I contacted him about moving the lawn equipment in April he did not respond.

Customer service is a joke as well.
