The getting to LAX was fine and when she dropped me off, I said, "see you on Thursday at 11". Margo Stanley, the owner, said it was supposed to be 8. I didn't think too much about it until t was the day before my return. I texted and gave my flight information about my flight and my arrival was 11:30 am. She didn't respond that until 3:47 am which I wouldn't receive until I awoke. So I read the message stating that I had said 8:51 AM when I confirmed, which is true. Ms. Stanley simply stated that she had other appointments scheduled around my original pick up time and she couldn't wait two and half hours for me. No let me ask my other pick up if they want to go eat so we can kill some time. I would've even paid for it. Or even worse, it was a drop off and Ms. Stanley alone wouldn't wait. Overall, just not a person that should be in customer service. She didn't care one iota that I would be stuck there. Ultimately, this means if your plane is delayed for any reason, Margo Stanley, will not be inconvenienced to wait for you. If you want to put that much faith not only in the airline to get you there in time you must pray that Ms. Stanleys other schedules remain intact.Here are the texts which is where our state of humanity is.

Since I was planning to drive long distance, I did not feel safe being on the road without one. For me, that's a basic safety expectation. I drove to the Ridgecrest location specifically to exchange the vehicle for one that had a spare tire. I calmly explained my concern, but instead of trying to help, the employee immediately dismissed me. She told me the vehicle "should come with an inflation kit" and said she "shouldn't be able to help" me. When I asked what someone is supposed to do if they blow a tire, she said to call roadside assistance -- and looked at me as if I was stupid for even asking. It wasn't just the refusal to help; it was the attitude. The dismissive tone, lack of empathy, and unprofessional behavior made the situation worse. I was not asking for anything unreasonable -- just a safe vehicle for long-distance travel. Customer safety concerns should never be brushed off. If this is how Enterprise handles legitimate safety requests, that's a serious problem. I expected far better from a company of this size and reputation. Very disappointing experience.
