They're basically all one big city but with three distinct centers and they consider themselves as different and yet the same. So it is pretty adorable around here, and this is a cute station too, and it's set back a little bit from the road, and looks cute. It looks brand new as well. It serves the three cities well, but especially Pasco where it's situated. My concert was in Richland so it was hard to get there from here with my instrument honestly. It's for local transit. And Greyhound stops here as well which is how I've used it on a number of occasions.

We're lucky in the Tri-Cities to have one of the newest train stations in the Pacific North West (this station was constructed in 1998). I like it here, because whenever I'm here, it means I'm going somewhere cool, whether it's the early train to Portland, or the evening train to Glacier National Park. The Empire Builder is the east/west train which serves us. This depot also serves Greyhound as well as the Mexican bus service, Estrella Blanca. The waiting room is generally clean, and there is a vending machine available (but if you've got time, stop by a taco truck since you're surrounded!). I must admit I was a little wary of leaving my vehicle here over the weekend, but my MINI was waiting for me safe & sound after my weekend trip to Portland. Ok, when's the next trip!?

He provides car service for basically all that's needed, including wine tours. I'll definitely plan on using him the next time I'm in town for winery visits. Communication was outstanding. He called the day before to confirm everything and even offered to contact a winery we wanted to visit when he couldn't personally take us there, just to let them know we were coming. His vehicle was immaculate, with cold water waiting for us, and he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every winery he selected was exactly the type we were hoping to discover. The highlight of the day was when David arranged for us to sit down with the owner and assistant winemaker of a local winery--even though they were closed. The layout is straightforward, so finding your gate doesn't require a marathon walk or guessing which hallway to take. The airport is clean and well-kept, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Food options are limited, but what's available gets the job done if you need a quick snack before your flight. Seating is comfortable, and there are enough outlets around to keep devices charged. Baggage claim was fast,my bag was on the carousel within minutes of landing. Parking and pickup/drop-off areas are also easy to navigate, which makes travel in and out smooth. Overall, PSC is a convenient and stress-free airport. It may not have all the amenities of a big hub, but it excels at what matters: fast, clean, and efficient travel.

However, they're top of the line vehicles, they just don't get washed well on the outside. Tami, the manager at this branch is super nice and accommodating. The Jeep I picked up two weeks ago was empty and cost $85 to fill up. The vehicle was supposed to be full upon pick up, (it was not) so Tami comped me one day of rental to offset the gas cost. This has quickly become one of my favorite National locations and I'm happy to run my car thru the wash once I pick it up! I'll be back!

The setup is different given that it's a small airport and requires you to grab the key before proceeding to the lot. To get there, you walk all the way down the opposite side of the airport, follow the side walk as it curves right, and the cars will be on the left. To return the car, I learned that you have to note the mileage and fuel level before returning the key. Giavanna helped process my return and was quick to adjust the payment details upon request. The reason they gave was that the pilots were out of hours. It was a 35 min flight, fully boarded plane and we were taxing to take off. So 200 of us were rebooked, stuck in Seattle overnight and all the hassle resulted in hours of lost sleep because instead of getting in at 8:30pm I arrived to the hotel at 1:30am only to wake up after a short night to return to the airport where it took 2 hours to get through security! Unfortunately, this isn't the first time having flight complications with Alaska...it is the second time this year. They can do better!

This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. First of all when we booked we saw…read moreseveral advertisements stating a price match guarantee. We found a better rate and then booked with BW. I submitted the form with screenshots to prove the price difference. Please see below for the advertising of price match on BW website. The screen shot of the better price. And the price of bw for the same day. We put on the reservation we had a service animal but upon arrival they were very short stuff us and proceeded to bounce us around rooms to accommodate the animal we had already informed them of. And they proceeded to charge an Additional $250 local fee. We had moved to spokane but were in the area to sell our home. Not locals but they didn't listen. In the end they charged us $434.00. For a room that was not the one advertised or that we paid for. When the price match peeps got back to me they have only argued with me over the price match. They said the price had to be available when they reviewed it days later in order to price match. Meaning my limited low price on Super.com was no longer available 3 days later so they won't honor it. Even with a screen shot. See emails below. Then they told me the super.com was sold out and that's why they wouldn't honor. Then told me it was not a better price. So they wouldn't honor it. See below the price difference is clear. BW before tax: 164.15 Super before tax 146.74 BW after tax: 184.88 Super after tax 164.58 Both show Super lower. So that email is wrong completely. Then the service and room were so bad. It was not the room we paid for. They moved us. Treated us like we annoyed them. So we checked out and left that day. We didn't stay the night. We still have a 434.00 charge on our card. They haven't sent the fee back yet. They told us 4 different prices. On BM receipts say 164.15. Then 184.88. Then 219.88. They charged us over 400$ We didn't even stay. And they are giving me the runaround about the guarantee still and about the way our stay went. For such a big company they are truly showing how they will fight and be stingy even if they are wrong. They say price match in the listings. They even give you a quick run down of the rules for it. But then they hide behind this little stipulation in the fine print that says "if the price matches when they review it..." so however many days they decide to wait before they review it.... if it still matches after that, then they honor the price match.
