She was so helpful and got us a refund to be able to re-book when I was feeling better and able to travel. The staff here are top notch and everyone was so friendly, amazing customer service all around. This experience has made us want to only stay at Hampton. Rooms were immaculately clean. They will service your room each day if you want, unlike many hotels recently will only do if you are staying 2+ nights. The free breakfast was great and constantly attended. The amazing ladies working here were always on top of it checking to make sure every item was well stocked and so very friendly, service with a smile! Super bonus, here the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours so you don't feel rushed to get back to enjoy this added amenity. I've never stayed at any hotel with such a great perk! Book the Hampton here and you for sure will not be disappointed!

It was clean and felt safe enough, and the staff (which worked the registration window along with the gas station convenience mart) was very helpful and friendly. Motel guests received free ice and coffee from the convenience mart, and there was one set of laundry machines on site. All in all a fine experience, as long as you don't mind that style of lodging. Outdated but clean enough. We were thankful.
