The ribs were tender, packed with flavour, and had that authentic smoked taste that great barbecue should have. The fresh-cut fries were excellent as well and paired perfectly with the smoked meats. Everything tasted homemade and done right. The portions were extremely generous. We just finished our meal at home and neither of us is even remotely hungry. You definitely get great value for your money. While waiting for our order, we watched several of the smash burgers being made and they looked incredible. We were very tempted to order one, but after seeing the size of the rib meal, we knew we'd reached our limit for the first visit. The smash burgers are definitely on our list for next time. The reason we qualified this as best wing deal around is because of the fact that in addition to receiving crispy, yet juicy, large fresh chicken wings; we also received a fair portion of hand-cut fries, and the veggies on the side. Normally, restaurants in the area do not include the fries or drink as part of their wing deals, so we were pleasantly surprised at this. On top of the good food, we also had friendly service that often came by to make sure we were doing okay. The One Restaurant seems to be a family run business, and we can tell. This cute coffee shop on the main strip is warm and cozy, with friendly staff and bright, sunny front windows. I had the drip coffee (excellent) and watched as the barista prepared instagram-worthy espresso-based beverages for the customers before me. I took home a bag of their in-shop roasted coffee ("Cardinal", a medium-dark-roast Mexican bean) and was delighted with the flavour, clarity, and sweetness. Can't wait for our next trip to snag some more Dizziness!
